I'm not sure if it's just me, but I get influenced by my TV shows, and not like "Unrealistic expectations" sorta thing more like, "Where did I pick up this behavior" thing
Examples:
After watching Sherlock, suddenly I can "Deduce" everything.
Me: *People watching* This Person is in a hurry, they're carrying a yoga mat. They are late to their yoga instructing class.
Friend: What makes you think they're the teacher and not the student?
Me: Elementary, my dear Watson
Friend: ...Okay then
And then came Phineas and Ferb came and I just
Friend: So, what do you wanna do?
Me: (Friend's name), I know what we're gonna do today!
Friend: Did you just
Me: Hey, where's Spike? (Cat)
Friend: I can't believe you
Then there was Red Vs Blue
Friend: Why are you so obsessed with secret agents lately?
Me: *Sweats* No reason.
*Later*
Me: *Sees a picture of Maine, the state* Hey look! Maine!
Friend: ...Yes?
Me: I like Maine... What's you favorite state? I like Washington!
Friend: Uhh... New York I guess
Me: *Chokes*
Friend: What?
Me: nOTHING
Can't forget about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles...
Me: *Sees the fan chain thingy* I'm totally a ninja. Hardcore parkour... I'M GOING TO HEADBUTT THAT CHAIN WITH A LITTLE WOODEN THING AT THE END!
And any law show
Me: OBJECTION
Friend: WHAT DID I DO
Me: Pass the salt
Friend: ...Do you know what objection means?
Me: ...OBJECTION!
Friend: Overruled
Me: DANG IT
