Expressed in human brain cell culture and purified via sequential chromatography.
Reconstitution Recommendation
Generally no need to reconstitute.
If necessary: Centrifuge the vial briefly, prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in sterile water to a concentration of 320-640 U/mL to retain full activity. Apportion the reconstituted protein into working aliquots and store at ≤ −4°C. Make any further dilutions of the reconstituted protein in medium or buffered solution containing carrier protein, such as PBS with 0.1% BSA.
Suggested Working Dilutions
The optimal concentration should be determined for each specific application.
Storage
Store lyophilized product 2°C to 8°C, preferably desiccated.
Store reconstituted product at −4°C (not in a frost-free freezer).
Distribution must follow freeze-thaw cycles and be stored at no more than 8°C but not less than -8°C.
Expiration Date
Expires six months from date of receipt when stored as instructed.
