Hurtful rumors

So after this picture has gone pretty viral within the fandom I thought I would write a chapter on it and also THEY ARE NOT HOLDING HANDS THEY ARE JUST FRIENDS THEY HAVE SAID IT 1000000000 TIMES!!

You and Tom had secretly been dating for a year it was an amazing relationship that you had and you did like it being between just you, Tom and close friends and family it felt so nice that you and Tom didn't have to worry about what Fans thought for a while. Tom had been leaving you in the Uk a lot lately as he had a lot of things to be doing in La and you hated not being with him it was horrible and also when he is in La he hangs around with Zendaya and you didn't care that he was friends with her or that he hangs around with her it was the reaction that everyone had when they were together things like;

'Ahhhhh too cute'

'Goals'

You always see pictures of them together, you see posts from fan accounts and paparazzi photos of them having such a good time you knew that Tom loved you a lot and wouldn't cheat on you but it hurt seeing him with other girls.

You were staying at his apartment while he was away Harrison stayed there as well with you Tom had given strict instructions to him to make sure that you were okay and got everything you needed while he was away at any cost. Tom did love spoiling you. You woke up one morning to Harrison acting very very strange

"Morning Y/N. I had such a good idea why don't we hang out with Harry and that and not go on our phones the whole day!" He cheers jumping around the kitchen

"What the hell is wrong with you" you just giggle unlocking your phone and going on Instagram where you saw so many posts of the same picture, Tom and Zendaya in a comic book shop looking as if they were holding hands and wearing matching shoes and you just sigh locking the phone placing it on the table and walking back into yours and Tom's shared bedroom and locking the door.

Seeing things like that really hurt you as you do know that there is nothing happening between the both of them but deep inside there was a little doubt that maybe there was something. As you're laid on the bed looking at the ceiling you hear Harrison knocking on the door

"Y/N open up come on Just call Tom you know they're not really holding hands" he continues banging on the door letting out a huge sigh you get up and open the door to Harrison and quickly head back to the bed as you lay down, Harrison comes to the bed and sits down on the edge "How you feeing?"

"Pretty shit, how would you feel if the man you love is constantly being told that they should be with someone else that isn't you"

"I know Y/N but he loves you a lot and you know that nothing is happening between them both" he says trying to comfort you "Listen call him I'm sure he never meant to upset you"

"Okay Fine" You grab your laptop and begin to FaceTime Tom and after a few rings he picks up and Harrison leaves the room.

"Hello baby" he waves through the camera cheerfully

"Hey" you smile slightly trying not to give it away too much how upset you were

"Say hey to Z" he turns the camera to Zendaya sat on a chair in her home and you just sigh

"Hey, Listen if you're busy I can call back later"

"No no we're not doing anything, so are you okay you seem upset" he says sitting down but you wasn't going to say anything while she was in the room

"Can we not do this right now I'll just talk to you later" you say going to hang up until you hear Zendaya speak

"I'll leave you two alone to talk clearly it's something personal, I hope you're okay Y/N she waves walking out of the room

"So what's up?" He ask setting his phone down on the table so you can see him full frame

"It's not that big of a deal Tom and if I tell you then you'll probably just get mad at me"

"Don't be so silly just tell me"

"It's Just the picture of you and Zendaya looking like you're holding hands it upset me a lot just the idea of you two hurts and I know it's not true and nothing is happening but just the idea of everyone wanting it to kills me" he just lets out a huge sigh rubbing his face with his hands

"Babe I know I can't help it I mean it was the angle and I can't stop them from saying what they want" and that's when he pauses for a second before saying something you had wanted for a long while now "Are you ready to tell?"

"You mean go public?" You ask and he just Smiles his cheeky smile

"Yeah I mean only if you're ready"

"How would we do it?" You ask getting quite excited and happy

"You just wait I'll speak to you later I love you so much Y/N and I'll be home tomorrow I promise I'm not leaving you again you're coming with me everywhere"

"I love you too crazy" you giggle ending the call. About 5 minutes later you get a notification on instagram

'Tomholland2013 tagged you in a post'

You just frown opening the app and seeing Tom's post and you smile as you read;

Y/I/N: This picture was taken on the first weekend away and on this weekend I realised how much I truly loved this boy i would also like to thank @Hazosterfield for all the pictures you take and for being such an amazing friend to the both of us. But mostly I want to say how much I love my amazing boyfriend @Tomholland2013 thank you for the most amazing year I could ask for and I'm so proud of you and all your achievements 🖤
