Tom's POV:
I sat on the chair next to Y/n's bed as she slept with our baby girl next to her in her crib and I couldn't help but admire her beauty and how gorgeous she was and I couldn't believe I let myself fall for her I promised I wouldn't do it for our daughters sake but I guess I'm just selfish.

As I'm sat looking at both my girls there is a knock at the door it then slowly opens and there stands some guy he looked kinda like me but taller.

"Hey mate" he smiles

"Who are you?"

"Erm me and Y/n used to date, her dad told me that she had gone into labour and I thought I'd come to see her" he smiles scratching the back of his neck and I knew exactly who he was...
Noah the guy who she would tell me was her first love.

"Oh right well she's sleeping now so I'll tell her you stopped by" I tell him

"When she wakes Come get me I'll wait in the waiting room" he smiles leaving the room.

Why the hell was her ex here? He was going to ruin everything for me if she still does truly love him, I just sigh leaving the room and heading outside to call Harrison.

"Hello?" He answers cheerily down the phone

"Her ex is here"

"Woah what? Why?"

"Well I don't know do i?" I snap down the phone to him

"Tell her then! Tell her you love her before it's too late" he was completely right

"I'll call you back"

I hang up and run back into the hospital and into the lift as I prepare myself to see her and tell her how I feel as it arrives at the right floor I get out and run to her room just before I open the door I see Y/n awake with Noah sat on the bed holding my baby.

"She looks just like you" He smiles looking at her

"Why did you come?"

"Because I guess I kinda thought that the first time you had a baby I would be the one by your side" he sighs looking at her and I couldn't listen anymore so I just push the door open

"Hey" I smile as Y/n's face kinda drops as does my heart "Y/n can we talk for a moment?"

"Yeah sure, Noah can you give us a second?" Noah nods before handing me the baby and leaning "What's up?"

"Erm" I cough as I sit down on the bed looking at her as my baby was laid in my arms "Well I kinda thought that I should tell you that I've fallen in love with you and I know we agreed not to gain feelings but I can't help it and I'm sorry but-"

"Tom I feel the same"

"What? You do?" I smile my heart skipped a beat and I couldn't believe I actually had a chance

"But is it the best idea?"

"Yes please come on we could be meant to be together"

"But Noah, he doesn't mean anything to you but to me he does. Listen could we just have a few days to sort things out and if it all goes right then we will try" I just nod looking at my little girl

"I think we should call her faith"

"Perfect" She smiles. I wasn't going to give up on her not in a million years ever would I let her go from my life.
