Ally's POV

My eyes fluttered open and the first thing that I noticed was the ceiling. It was weird. It did not take me long to realize that this wasn't my bedroom.

I turned my head to the side and everything was new. I took off the blanket that was covering me and notice that I was not wearing my clothes.

I tried to recall what happened yesterday, but nothing major stuck out. Unless, someone had kidnapped me from the bench.

I jumped by the sound of knocking at the door. I got up and answered it. At the door was a small young girl around my age. She had a tray in her hands with a cup of water and a small container of two medicine.

"Good morning," the girl greeted happily. She walked into the room and sat it down on the table next by the bed.

"Excuse me from asking, but who are you?" I asked, trying not to be rude.

"You can call me Cassie," she replied. "Your breakfast will be ready in five minutes so you better get dress. Your clothes are in the bathroom."

She then walked passed me, but I blocked her path. "Who brought me here?"

"My boss did," Cassie replied.

"Boss?" I questioned. "Who is your boss?"

"Who does he sound like? He is my boss," she replied again.

She then exit the room. I walked to the door in the bedroom and opened it up, hoping it was a bathroom and I was correct.

I saw a neatly folded stack of clothes set on the counter with a towel next by it. This seemed more like a hotel than it does a house.

After I was done using the bathroom, I exit the bedroom with the new clothes, which wasn't really my kind, but it was comfortable. My mind was shock to see the many rooms down in the hallway. This has got to be a hotel.

I walked down the halls until I found the stairs that lead downstairs. After I head downstairs, I searched for the kitchen. I heard people talking and followed their voices.

It lead me to a room where four people were setting up the table for two people. Their voices went silence once they saw me.

I gave them a friendly smile. "Good morning," I spoke.

"Morning, ma'am," they said in unison.

"You're food is ready," a short woman said. "You may sit, but can't eat until Boss is down here."

I nodded and sat down at the table for two. "Um," I began, "Who exactly is your boss?"

"He is our boss," the short woman said. "The name is Gloria."

"Nice to meet you, Gloria," I said.

"This Sandra, my sister, and Kyle and Quincy, my brothers," she informed me. "I'm guessing you met my other sister, Cassie."

"Yeah, I did," I replied. "Now, why exactly do you call them 'Boss'?"

"Don't you call your boss that?" Kyle asked.

He did have a point. "Don't worry, you'll see him once he comes down," Sandra spoke.

I nodded along. I looked down at all the breakfast meals that they had cooked. There was a bowl of gravy, biscuits wrapped around with a small clean towel, and sausages on a decorative plate placed in the center of the two plates. On the side were stacks of waffles with syrup on its side. Fresh fruits were set on the other side.

"I hope you're finding everything alright," Gloria said with a grin.

"Everything is fine," I said, returning the smile.
