My head ached as I awoke. The pounding did not stop. As I turn to the side, I saw a glass of water and two pills of pain relievers sitting on a tray. I immediately grabbed the pills and swallowed them with the water.

The aching became less, and I begin to uncover my sheets. I looked at my arms and the clothes I was wearing. I recognize that these were not the clothes I wore yesterday. As I set my feet on the floor, the door opened, startling me a bit.

Dinah closed the door as she enters. "Hey, Ally. We need to talk." She looked serious. I placed my legs back on the bed and covered them for warmth.

My voice was hoarse and shaky. "What do you need to talk about?" She leaned over my bed with her arms against the bed sheets to hold her up.

"Last night. Do you remember anything that happen?" she questioned.

I took a moment to recall last night. I was having fun and was karaoke-ing. I was drunk, and then, Liam took my upstairs so that I could rest, but I don't remember what happen after that. Could it be...no! We didn't.

I spoke to Dinah what I could remember except the last part. Dinah responded, "So you don't remember anything that happened after Liam took you upstairs?" I shook my head.

"No, what happened?" I asked.

"I am not sure, but you puked on him," Hearing Dinah said those words woke me up.

I gasped and covered my opened mouth. "What?!" I exclaimed. "I puked on him?"

Dinah nodded. "Yeah, why do you think you are wearing a different set of clothes?"

I took a look at my clothes to pretend that I didn't notice them before. That would explain a lot, and it seemed more likely so.

"Is he okay? He's not sick, is he?" I asked.

"No," Dinah assured me, and I felt my blood cooling down a bit. "And don't worry. You got most of it on yourself."

"Well, as long as he is okay," I told her. She smiled and got up to exit the door.

The thought of Liam reminded me of what I was going to spill last night. I guess I didn't get the chance to talk to him about it, but I might get to with Dinah. And I knew what I was going to do after I told her. "Dinah, Wait," I said just before she was going to touch the door knob. Dinah looked back at me. "I need to tell you something."

Dinah came forth and sat down in front of me. "What?" she said.

"I want you to know that I would never want to take anything that you have. I would never not support you from your choices because I am your friend. And you are mine. And so what I have to tell, Dinah, is going to be possibly overwhelming to you and to me. And before I tell you, please promise me that you will still remain my friend," I said.

Dinah smiled and nodded. "Gee, this must serious." She closed her eyes and nodded as she inhaled the air. She grabbed my hands and responded, "Whatever you say is not going to tear our friendship apart, I promise."

I smiled at her as I feel my eyes begin to puff. "Dinah, um, I..." heat was all that I was feeling as I try to get a good grip on her hands. "...I like him," my voice cracked. Dinah's facial expression fell. She was no longer happy but more confuse.

"Huh? Ally, are you okay?" Dinah asked.

I shook my head. Tears flooded my eyes, and soon enough, they broke pass my waterline as I continue to speak, "Dinah, please, you and Liam ask me that too much. I am not someone you should be taking care of. I am well enough to take care of myself, but I will admit that the one thing I couldn't take care of was my heart. I like him, Dinah."
