Liam's POV

I make it to Ally's house after a long crazy day. I finally can tell her what I've been waiting to tell her.

I didn't want to keep anything from her. I know that it is going to be hard to take in, but I'm sure with time, she will adjust.

I knock on the door, and soon, she opens the door with a smile. However, her eyes spoke as if its been crying. Her lips were a bit pale too. "Allyson? What's wrong?" I ask.

She shakes her head. "Nothing," she softly responds. She lets me inside the house. "So, can you tell me what you have been up?" She asks, leading the two of us into the living room.

We took a seat on the couch. "I have been gathering people for our wedding," I say. "And I need to set a date with you." I smile at her, although, this time, she didn't smile back. Her eyes heavy as she kept a straight face.

She nodded slowly and shrugs, "Be honest with me," she begins. She looks at me straight in the eyes. "Do you even want to marry?"

I furrow my brow, wondering where she got that idea and why she would ask it. She takes notice of my confusion. "I saw earlier today, downtown...you," she swallows hard, "kissing a girl. I don't want to be the jealous type, but who is she? And why did you kiss her?"

I am astonish at her words. I didn't know how to piece the sentences together.

"Liam, I can trust you, right?" I nodded as a response. "Then tell me," she pleads.

I immediately shift my sight to the table in front of us. A blank drew in my mind for a while. Nothing but silence until I state, "I can explain." However, I did not know how to begin it. I turn back to her.

"Then explain," she says, gazing at me deeply in my eyes as her voice shake with a slight of fear I presume.

I bit my lower lip, looking at her. My mind was telling me to spit it out. But I was having difficulty putting the words together. Getting anxious, I feel her hands tugging me, calling out my name as my eyes shift to an empty space. With every thrust she gives me, pushing me back and forth with her hands wrapped up in my shirt while tears fell on her cheek, I remain constant.

I was ashamed.

But what could I be ashamed of? I wasn't the one who initiated the kiss. She did. I did not enjoy what she had successfully plan. In fact, I push her back almost immediately. I told her that what she was thinking has to be gone. And I didn't know her either. I was just looking for a caterer. And she happens to be an assistant. I accepted them, but then, she made a move on me. So I denied them and walked out. That was it.

I turn to her, having enough of her pulling on me. I swiftly grab a hold of both her wrists, forcing her to look at me. Her tears. Her sadness. Her disappointment. "I didn't initiate the kiss," I told her straight forward. "I would never do that to you. I would never lie to you."

Ally remained calm. She steadies her breathing, turning away from me. I examine her expression, wishing to know the thoughts she was thinking inside her head. She jerks her hand and got out of my grip. She walks to the nightstand beside the couch and opens the drawer. She looks at me before picking up what seems to be a magazine.

A part of me panicked. What was on it? She touches the cover with her fingers as if she was admiring a painting.

Her eyes shifts back at me and hands me the magazine, turning the magazine to the back. I take it from her as she turns her head away from me. "Explain this," she says.

I turn the magazine over, astounded and off guard. Heat was hitting my face. My heart pounded as I see my face on the cover and connect it with Ally's disappointment . "Where did you get this?" I ask her.
