I admire the beautiful pink roses in the gardens. Actually, every flower. The light and bold colors brought me joy. I hold my grip on Liam's arm tighter. He took me out for a walk. I am not sure where, but I guess the garden.

His house is beautiful. Liam informed me that it belong to his great great grandfather who passed it down. Everything was classy and elegant. It doesn't even feel like the house has been here for over a century. Every household member takes great care of the house.

Jen is such a sweetheart while Nikki and Dylan have their own personalities that sticks out. Nicola and I got closer by the time we spend with another. She was like my own big sister. I haven't seen Kris or Ruth yet, but I hope they are as friendly as the others.

I am feeling much better than I did three days ago. I wasn't actually sure how I got sick. That certain day, I just took a walk, minus the tears. I went straight home and didn't do anything for the remaining hours before Liam came, but that doesn't seem like it would cause me to fall sick. I guess, it's just stress. Stress was taking its energy from me.

"Remind me why you're taking me on a walk?" I ask.

Liam clears his throat, adjusting his hold on my hand on his arm. "Dr. Spears said that it's alright for you to come out for a little walk. But I personally wanted to talk to you about a couple of things. I didn't want anyone to hear us."

He takes a break and gestures his head towards something in front of us. I turn my head and saw a swinging bench under a small roof on the edges of the garden. It stands in front of us. Liam grabs my hand and holds it in his, leading me to the seat. I sit slowly, holding onto the chains.

Liam walks behind me and gives me a small push. I make eye contact with him as he moves himself to stand beside me. "Now, what is it?" I ask.

Liam smiles. "Ally, I've been waiting to talk to you about our wedding. But before I want to expand, I need to know something." His tone turns into sincerity. "A few days ago, you made me realize something. I have never done anything good to you ever since we were together—"

I shake my head. "Liam, what are you saying? You've done a lot for me. You took me shopping and bought me a new phone. You put a roof over my head and took a bullet for me. There's never been a moment where you never did anything bad."

"Ally, I lied to you," he said, opening back a couple of wounds. "For me, that eliminates everything I have ever done to make you happy. That day, I saw someone I did not like. She lost faith and was completely disoriented. For me, I've been trying to make you do the exact opposite, but my lies have caught up to me. So, I am going to ask you...do you still want to be with me?"

I smile, wondering why he would question this. "Of course, I do. What happened that day...I was overwhelmed and overthought everything. I thought you didn't love me as you said that you did. But the lies are behind me. I don't want it to interfere with us because what we have is love and communication. I get that there are some things that are hard to admit. I know, I have some secrets of my own that I wouldn't tell you."

He nods. "If you are ready, I am ready to talk about setting our wedding date," he said.

I nod. "I will have to see, but as long as we address each as husband and wife, I am okay with whatever day it is."

He creased his brow and smiles. "You sure?" I nod my head as a reply. "What if we get marry next week or tomorrow?"

"Maybe not tomorrow, next week maybe," I joke. I grab his arm and gently squeezed it. "Any day is fine with me."

"Okay," He said, kneeling down to my height. He grabs both of my hands and continues, "How about April 3rd? It might be a little fast, considering everything that we have to get and organize, but as long as we're married, right?"

"Yes," I said. Given the amount of time, there was still a whole bunch that we had to take care of. "But I have to call my parents. I have to buy a wedding dress. Where is the wedding going to take place? Who's going to cater? What's the theme? Are we going to have a theme? And what about the—"

"Ally," He said with a chuckle, shaking my hand to bring me back. "You're not having second doubts, are you?"

I shake my head. "No, no," I reply.

"You don't have to worry about who's catering," he said. "I already ask Gloria, and she is more than happy to do it. I am going to ask Harry if he could co-work with her."

"And I'm sure Dinah could waiter and Lauren can be the photographer," I pointed out. "No stress." Hopefully, they agree.

He chuckles, "Yes, but that leads to who is going to be my best man and your maid of honor."

I cringe, hearing him say that. I can't believe I forgot that part. The hardest part. It breaks my heart, thinking about it. "I can't choose," I shake my head. "They are my girls."

"It's alright," Liam said. "I'm sure you'll know when we get there."

He's probably correct.

"And when we get there, we'll dance the night away, and maybe have a little fun of ours later that night,"

I nudge him on the shoulder. "Liam," I said in a quiet tone.

His lips curve into a smirk. "Waking up next to you is all that I ask and to see you every morning with a smile." He pulls himself closer to me. "Your happiness means the world to me." He pulls my hands close together as his eyes lowers to them. He leans down and kisses the center of both of my hands.

I smile with joy. He lifts his head, making eye contact with me. "I love you, angel."

"I love you too," I reply.

He helps me get up from the swing. I hold onto his arm as we walk through the garden and back to his house. As we pass the entrance, Jen speed walks up to us, panting a little as she speaks, "Sir, the hospital call. Your dad...your dad...he is waking up."

Liam looks at me, astounded and thrilled yet unsure. By his facial expression, I can tell he didn't want to leave me, but I nod my head assuringly, "Go check your father. I will be fine."

"You sure?" He asks, and I nod my head once more. He kisses me on the cheek, and I blush. "Thanks, sweetheart. I will be back as soon as possible. Jen, please take Ally upstairs."

Jen nods and grabs a hold of my arm once Liam leaves. She carefully cautions me up the stairs. She sets me down on the bed and covers me with the sheets.

"Thank you," I reply with a smile.

"You're welcome," Jen said. "If you need anything, ring the bell." I look over at the bell on the other side of the bed. "I will be downstairs, making dinner. Is there anything that you need before I leave."

I was going to say nothing, but my mouth was very dry at the moment. "May you please bring me a cup of water? Thank you."

"Sure thing," she said with a smile.

Jen walks over to the door and opens the door. During her exit, she bumps into Liam. "Oh, I am so sorry, sir," she said. He furrows his brows at her, not speaking a single word to her, which causes her to slowly walk away from him.

I adjust my position and crease my brow, noticing his features. There was a lot questions popping inside my head, like why he is back? Why is he wearing a different shirt? And his arms. No tattoos cover them, making his skin bare. This couldn't possibly be Liam. "Liam?" I question.

He shakes his head. "No," he said, somewhat rudely. "I'm Kris."

I nod my head. That answers a lot of the questions that was invading my head.

"Have you seen Liam?" He asks. His face expresses nothing but a blank stare. His tone was monotone. Nothing seem to excite him in his eyes. It was as if he was the opposite of Liam.

"He went to the hospital," I answer.

Kris creases his brows before turning away and head over to the door. He leaves, closing the door behind him. From the way he looks at me, I could sense the negativity.
