This was it. After Liam and I grab our bags and luggages, we roam around the airport. I search for my brother, Brandon - I had called him before we left.

"There," I pointed towards a man I could recognize from a far distance.

Liam and I intertwine our hands and walk towards him. I tap on his shoulders. Once he finally turns over, I shriek of joy and hug him tightly. After a moment, we let go. "How are you doing, Brandon?"

"Great, how about you?" Brandon ask, gesturing his eyes at Liam.

"I'm doing excellent," I reply. "Brandon, this is Liam. He and I are together." I reveal our intertwine hands.

Liam takes a step forward and drops his bag. He holds out his hand. "Hi, I'm Liam."

Brandon shakes Liam's hand. "I'm Brandon. So, Liam, what do you do for living?"

Liam smiles and replies, "I own a small business. Nothing big or worldwide." They release their hands.

"How long have you two been together?" Brandon questions.

"About three weeks, maybe almost a month," I answer proudly.

Brandon shifts his eyes back and forth between me and Liam before turning around. He locks his eyes on something before gesturing the two of us to follow him. My brother led us out of the building and to his car. I sat in the passenger seat while Liam took the middle seat in the back.

Once we got settle, Brandon turns on the engine and shifts the gear into drive. I turn on the radio to cover the silence. My stomach is quite queasy at the moment. Butterflies occupy my stomach. I squirm to the right as I bring my right hand behind the back of my neck, rubbing it lightly.

I know this feeling was going to come. The car atmosphere was reaching a high level of heat.

Breathe. Ally. You can do this. Liam is just meeting your parents, and you know that your parents are going to love him because that's who they are. Of course, maybe not always lovable but understandable.

"Is there something wrong?" Brandon spoke up from the silence. Thank goodness.

I face Brandon and shake my head. "No, there's nothing," I answer.,

"Ally, you seem to be nervous about something," Brandon said.

I give a quick chuckle and smile. "No, believe me. I'm not nervous about anything." I glance back at Liam, our eyes meeting. He move his eyes with a simple nod. Even with one look, he assures me that everything is going to be fine.

I face the front, feeling more confident. I capture the butterflies in my stomach and release them.

Brandon makes a turn, and from a far distance, I could see our parent's house. The house stood in the middle of nowhere because my dad chooses to not get involve with other people. He did not want any drama to conflict his family. There are a lot of trees covering our location.

Brandon pulls up to the driveway, and I release my breath slowly. I unbuckle my seatbelt and exit the car. Liam and I grab our bags and suitcases from the back, Brandon helping us in the process.

"Mom and Dad should be in the house," Brandon inform me. I nodded and gesture for Liam to follow me. We enter the house.

Thousands. Possibly millions of feelings wash over me. I can remember almost every single memory that I spent in here. Everything seem to be the same except for some rearrangements in the living room and picture frames.

My sight turn to the people that were sitting in the living room. A woman and man sitting by one another. My stomach was invaded my butterflies again. My hands shake. I have no idea why they were doing this.
