Ally's POV
I grip the arm of the seat tightly, feeling the cold air hit my sweaty face. I swallowed hard as the pounding in my head begins to pick up its pace. I grit my teeth, trying to hold in everything.
"Can we get water?" I hear Liam asking the flight attendant.
"Yes," she replies.
I moan a little, leaning against the back of my seat. My stomach was getting a little queasy. I let out a breath I've been holding in and breathe through my nose. Sweat ran down my cheeks.
"Here's your water," the flight attendant spoke.
"Thank you," Liam said to her. I hear the cap twisting off and feel the tip of it against my lips. "Here, sweetheart," his voice soothes me a little as I open my eyes slightly. He held the bottle against my lips, and I take the bottle and chug a huge chunk down.
After I swallow, I inhale and exhale deeply. Liam rubs my arm, and I feel his presence close to my ear. "You made it," he said. "See I knew you were strong enough."
I shake my head. "Thank you," I said. "I don't know why all of a sudden I was panicking. My stomach felt queasy, and a headache pounded in my head."
"It's okay," he assures me. "You're okay now. We just landed."
I open my eyes and reach my hand out to touch his cheeks. "Aw, thank goodness," I said.
"Everyone, please gather your belongings and have a fantastic day," the intercom announce.
Liam unbuckles his seatbelt and mine and helps me get up. My legs went a little numb, but I had enough strength to hold myself. We exit the airplane, and once we got our luggages, we stroll around the airport, looking for Zayn and Camila.
Liam got out his phone and called Zayn. I continue to search for them just in case they were here, but by the time Liam hanged up, there were not in sight. "So?" I question, looking at him.
"Zayn and Camila can't come because Zayn was put into work, so Kris is coming to get us instead," he explains.
I nod my head. "Oh, okay," I reply. I look around, and by a corner, I see a vending machine filled with some snacks. I hear my stomach growling a little. "I'm getting a snack. Do you want anything?"
Liam shakes his head. "No, I'm good," he replies.
I march toward the vending machine and unzip my purse. I dig into a pocket of coins and pull out six quarters. I insert each quarter in and press the code for a bag of chocolate chip. I open it and grab the bag.
I rip the wrapper and feel my stomach growling once more. I touch my stomach. My mouth water just looking at the cookie in my hand. I swallow and begin to take a bite until someone bumps into me, causing the bag and cookie to drop out of my hands and onto the floor. I drop my jaw and pouted.
My cookie...
I sigh and bent down to pick up the cookie. My hand touches another, who was picking up my cookie. I lift my head and see a guy smiling at me. I smile back.
"I'm sorry," he says.
"No, it's okay," I said. "It's not your fault."
He shrugs and looks at the cookie. "Actually, I was the one who bumped into you."
I open my mouth, feeling a little surprise. "Oh, no. It's okay."
"No, I'll buy you another one," he offers, but I decline.
"No, really. It's okay," I said.
He picks up the cookie and looks at it. "Well, then, I deserve this," he says.
