Lauren and I roam through downtown, shopping for Lauren's fashion show next week. Lauren finally forgives Zayn, but it was only because she knows that Camila likes him, and she knows that they share mutual feelings toward one another.

"How's Louis doing?" I ask her as we wait for the cars to stop, so we can get on the crosswalk.

Lauren scoffs in disgust. "Don't mention him. He's too much sometimes."

"Really?" I question.

"Yes," Lauren answers. "He's been giving me so much time and space that I just want to...punch his face."

"Oh, am I sensing another romance happening?" I tease.

"No, never," Lauren shakes her head. "Louis is just too generous to me now, and I don't like it."

"So you prefer when he attacked you?"

"No," Lauren answers, "I like it when he challenges me and pushes me."

"Oh, so if you are saying that the more he teases you, the more attractive he is," I said.

"Maybe," Lauren answers. I turn to see her cheeks redden.

We cross the street and enter a coffee shop. We walk in line and wait. "So have you find out why the boys disappear?" Lauren asks.

I shake my head. "No, but I am going to ask Liam."

Lauren cocks her head as her excitement washes away. "What? You're just going to ask? You don't care if he doesn't give you the truth."

"I know Liam will tell me the truth," I said.

Lauren shakes her head. "Ally, men may say that and mean it, but when it comes to something extremely important, they won't unzip their lips just for free."

"Lauren, you shouldn't always think like that," I told her. "Not every men is like that."

"Ma'am," the cashier said. We turn our attention towards him. "What would you like?"

I open my mouth to answer, but I hear my phone ringing. "Get me the espresso with whip and cinnamon," I whisper to Lauren.

I step out of line and went into a corner as I pick up the phone. "Hello?"

"Ally, I need to talk to you," Liam said at the other end.

"Me too," I reply. "How about you come over today?"

"Alrighty. I will be there at seven on the dot," Liam said before hanging up.

I put my phone back in my pocket and search the room for Lauren. By a corner in a booth, Lauren sits, admiring the streets. On the table lies our drinks. I make my way over and sit in front of her. Lauren turns to me, noting, "That was quick."

"It was Liam," I answer. "He said that he needed to talk to me about something, so I told him to come over."

"Oh, fun," Lauren said with a little bit of sarcasm thrown somewhere in there. "Camila and Zayn are going on their first date today at seven."

"Really?!" I reacted, amused. "And what about Dinah? When is she going back to Long Beach? I heard that Harry is moving there."

"Dinah isn't sure if she wants to return," Lauren answers. "She doesn't want to waste Harry's time, and the three hour drive is draining her energy."

"Well, she can always come back and help me find a job," I said.

"Yeah," Lauren nodded. She turns her head to the window as something caught her eyes. Her eyes widen a little as she shifts them back on me. "Ally, I think we should go," she says.
