***Edward's POV***

Things are getting more complicated now. DJ knew about it already.... and still I wasn't able to tell it to her mom.

I'm still thinking of what happened a while ago.... I was about to confess those things to my wife but I had a talk with her doctor right after Cheska called me on my phone. I was touched by her concern. I didn't know that she has this soft heart for everyone... despite that I ignored her for a long time...

The doctor informed me regarding May's delicate pregnancy, dahil na rin daw sa medyo may edad na ito at sobrang layo ng gap from her last pregnancy. Bawal siyang ma-stress because it could lead to miscarriage.

No. I wouldn't risk it. Hindi pwede. Maybe I'll just do it on a right time but definitely not today.

The big problem is alam na ng anak ko... What if he told her? I need to warn him... for the sake of his mom and his sibling. Hope DJ would hear me out.

DJ saw me and Lizzy talking about it. I didn't see it coming. I was comforting Lizzy because she also doesn't have the guts yet to tell her father of the truth. I advised her to do it the soonest because if not I'm gonna have to do it for her. But she broke down and begged me to give her more time.... She said his father has a heart failure and it might cause the attack if she told him... She was holding my hand while she begs and that's when DJ came in and saw us. I saw and felt the anger from him. He doesn't have to tell me more... I can feel his pain for her mom... and I do understand him 'coz he doesn't know the truth either.

I just need to warn him.

I get back inside my wife's room and everyone is here. Sissy Lau, Laurent, Pat, my wife and there he is... my son.

Suddenly I heard him,

"I won't... Hindi ko siya lolokohin... WALA DAPAT SA LAHI NATIN ANG MANLOLOKO.." and he was intently looking at me.

I feel sad. I couldn't imagine that he will be losing his trust on me...

Her mom just kept silent. I know how she feels. She doesn't want to show her anger now that my sister and my nephew is here.

"Brotha! We're have you been? You're always away. I hate you... We're leaving tomorrow yet it seemed we haven't had any time spent together."

"Sorry sissy... I just had some important things to do..."

"Yeah, right." DJ answered. I could sense sarcasm in his tone.

"As always." sissy seconded.

I sighed deeply.

"I'm sorry...."

And that's all I could say. That goes for everyone.

"DJ, love... Asan nga pala si Cheska?" May tried to change the topic. I know she feels the tension between me and our son.

"Di ko po alam, Mom. As per Laurent nasa bahay na daw po."

"Ba't di mo alam? Di ba kayo magkasama?"

He was silent. I remember Cheska called me a while ago.

"She's fine. I talked to her just a while ago." I'm trying to join in their conversation.

I got a questioning look from my son.

"Buti naman okay na kayo ni Cheska?" Patricia suddenly asked me.

"Of course. She's a fine and sweet girl..."

I saw DJ's forehead furrowed.

"Yeah. She's really a sweetie, right son? I like that girl very much... I would be happy if Laurent would be her boyfriend. I don't have a problem with Blake anyway..." and my sissy winked to her son.
