You laid on the couch at Scott's house for a pack meeting. You had your head in your twin sisters lap as she braided your hair until she got bored of that.
"Y/n now get your ugly face off of me" She laughed.
"Hey Kayla? News flash we have the same face, remember identical twins dumb ass" You smirked at her before she pushed you off of her lap.
"Hold up I thought Kayla was the one laying down this entire time" Stiles Said in shock.
"I don't know I can't tell them apart" Scott said and everyone agreed.
"Y'all it's not that hard see the key difference is" Kayla looked at you "uhh, fuck I got nothing" She said causing everyone to laugh.
See you and Kayla have been inseparable since y'all were born, she was you best friend and you were hers. Y'all had never been away for each other for a long time not even a full day we had always been together she was your other half, you felt incomplete when she wasn't around that's why May 8th was the worst day of your life.
Y'all were fighting another pack, the wolves doing their thing, Alison shooting arrows, and you and Kayla throwing punches and using the skills Ali taught y'all.
You turned around to punch a guy in the face when you heard Kayla scream your name, you turned around to see one of the guys holding her in a choke hold before snapping her neck in front of you.
"Kayla!" You screamed her name before running over slitting the guys throat. You fell to the ground pulling her body into your arms crying for her to come back to you while everyone finished fighting.
"We did it!" Alison screamed giving a group hug to everyone.
"And everyone's alive" Stiles added making everyone laugh.
"Not everyone" You whimpered causing everyone to shoot their eyes at your sobbing figure holding your dear sisters body in your arms.
"Is she?" Lydia asked with caution.
"She's gone" you said as your breathing becoming heavy and you were having a panic attack.
"Kayla calm down!" They called you your sister but you were too hysterical to even notice as everyone crowded around you trying to calm you down.
"I-i can't I lost my sister, I-i don't know" You gulped down air "how t-o life without h-her" You cried.
You finally calmed down before standing up and walking off.
"Where are you going?" Alison asked you.
"Anywhere but here" You sniffled wiping your nose before looking at Kayla's body again before walking out of the woods and to your car.
"Hey Kayla" you told her tracing your finger over the writing on her stone:

"I know I'm probably a terrible sister for missing your funeral but after you left I couldn't stay here in beacon hills, I had to leave. I couldn't walk down the same hallways we would walk down together giggling and gawking at the hot guys or go to the same pack meeting we would go to and bicker the whole time and yell at the pack for not being able to tell us apart." You giggled while tears pooled your eyes.
"It's been exactly one year since you left me, since I left beacon hills, since my other half left me and my entire life fell apart"
The pack walked to their friends grave to pay respect since it had been a year that she left them but stopped with they saw a girl kneeled down in front of their friends grave crying.
"Do you think that's Kayla?" Stiles asked and they group nodded before walking over to the girl.
You were unaware of their presence until you felt a hand on your back making you jump. You turned around to see your old friends standing their and Lydia laying a hand on your back comforting.
"Hey" they smiled sadly.
"Hi" you sniffled.
"We missed you" Alison said hugging you before you have everyone a hug.
"It's good to see you again Kayla" Scott told you.
"Kayla" you mumbled confused until you looked at the headstone that had your sister under reading it fully,
