"Now that we have our ice cream, what was your story, Juju?" Jessica smiles.
"Daddy was mean to us! He didn't let Teo hear!
He said it was my fault, and I was just helping!"
"N' Da! Da! Da Laly!"
"Oh yes! The fat lady! She stole— STOLE Teo's glasses! She pulled them off his face!"
"WHAT?!" Jessica looked like she was about to go back and kill somebody.
"Daddy only play with that little boy, and I wanted to play! That mean lady YELLED AT ME!"
"She yelled at you?!"
"Yeah, mommy! She say she ready for us to go back with mommy, Especially ME! I such a nice Juju!" Julia lifts her little hands.
"Oh and she called you a bitch."
Jessica was fuming. She turned to Sam and said, "Get your lawyer on the phone. We're getting full custody of these kids. If he treats them like this then he doesn't deserve shit!"
"Mommy's real mad." Julia giggles.
Jessica starts crying and says, "I'm so sorry I sent you guys there. I'm sorry you weren't treated well. You kids don't deserve that. No child deserves that!"
"It's okay, mama. Don't be sad!"
"My Juju. Thank you for being such a great big sister."
"You welcome, mommy! I really a good big sissy!"
"You are!"
"Yep! Mama, Teddy cried the entire time but, I held him and kissed him, and cuddled him when daddy was being a bad man."
"I'm so happy he had you there with him. You're such a big girl."
"Yeah, I know that! I'm like so big now!"
"You are!" Jessica chuckles.
She then took Theodore out of the high chair and held him in her arms.
"I'm so sorry, baby." She cries.
Theodore looks up to Jessica and pokes his finger on a tear that rolled down her cheek.
"Mama.."
"Honey, Mommy's so sorry."
"Saaaad?"
Jessica pouts her lips and nods.
"How can you not care for this sweet baby boy?
Daniel has Never been close to him! Ever!"
"Well we love you, Theo!" Sam smiles.
Theodore looks at Sam and giggles cutely.
He then hands him his melted ice cream cone and says, "Ah done!"
"All done, bud?" Sam takes it and eats the rest.
"Daddy that has baby slobber on it!" Autumn laughs.
"I'm a dad, it doesn't matter." Sam chuckles.
Jessica smiles and grabs napkins to wipe Theodore's face.
"Mama!" He turns his head.
"No, stop, you need your face cleaned, Teddy."
"Noooo!" He whines and arches his back.
"Theodore stop, please."
Theodore fusses until Jessica is finishes wiping his mouth.
"What's that whining for? Huh? What's that whining for?" Jessica holds him up and kisses him all over.
"Mama!" He giggles.
"What, handsome?"
"I luh yew!"
"Aw I love you more!"
Theodore then lays on Jessica's chest and rests his little eyes.
"We need to come back when Landon is with us.
How's he doing with Megan's parents?" Jessica asks.
"Oh I forgot to tell you! Cindi messaged me and said he's having a ball!"
"That's great! I'm glad!" Jessica smiles.
Just then, Evangeline starts crying in her carrier.
"Oh look who's up!" Sam says taking her out.
"Poor baby is a week old and we've had her out all day!" Jessica laughs.
"Oh she loves it!
Hi, beautiful!" He spoke to his newborn in a baby voice.
Jessica smiled at Sam and the baby.
She loved how great of a father he was.
"Oh look at that! She's calm now!"
"She just wanted her daddy." Jessica says.
"That's cause I'm awesome!"
"I bet that's why!" Jessica laughs.
"You're so sweet to sissy,,.. I wish you were my daddy.." Julia smiles softly. Though, there was a slight sadness in her eyes.
Jessica pouts and rubs her back.
"Aw Juls! Come here, my sweet girl." Sam calls her over to the other side of the table.
Jessica helps her off of her seat and she walks over to Sam. Sam lifts her up onto his lap while still holding Evangeline in his left arm.
Julia looks up to him just as Sam kisses her forehead.
She smiles sweetly and Sam begins.
"Baby, I know I'm not your dad.. but I've known you since you were born. I've helped raise you, and I love you with all my heart. I would die for you.
You and Theo, I love you like you're my own.
So no, I'm not your real dad but, I will be here to teach you, to talk to you.. to help you, and to love you for the rest of my life. I'll never leave you guys, and I will never ever stop loving you."
Julia smiles and stands up on his lap.
She wrapped her arms around Sam's neck and kissed his cheek. "I love you! Will you marry my mommy?"
Jessica laughs and nods her head.
"Is this your way of proposing, Jess?" Sam asks.
"No!"
"I'M Promosing!"
"Oh YOU'RE PROMOSING!
"YEAH! Will you marry my mommy?" She smiles.
Sam looks at Jessica and makes a face. "Nah! I'm good."
Jessica laughs once again.
"Shammy!" Julia giggles.
"I'm just kidding! I'd marry your mommy tomorrow if she said yes."
"Yay! I gonna be a flower girl!" Julia sings.
Sam laughs and kisses her chubby cheek.
"Hey missy, I never said Yes!"
"I say Yes!"
"Oh you proposed AND accepted all by yourself?"
"Yeah cause I a big girl!"
"Makes sense." Sam shrugs, making Jessica laugh even more.
