"right here" i tell jaden
he parks the car in the student parking lot and opens the car door for me, i hold his hand as i get out his car
"do you want me to walk you?" he ask
i snicker "sure"
he hand touches my lower back, "woah" i turn around and he lifts his hands up
"sorry"
"no it's okay" i freeze when he smiles.
his eyes sparkle in the dark just like joeys. i told my head to the side and admire him
"what?" his smile gets bigger
"i- haha nothing" i turn around and start walking inside the building
i stop walking and feel his chest hit my back, "sorry" i cover my mouth and he furrows his eyebrows
"you're so drunk" he laughs
"no i'm not" i cross my arms
"you had 4 cups of tequila" he reminds me and i almost gag
"come on kels" he pats my back and walk into the building
did i really take 4 cups of tequila? i don't remember. where did i even get tequila? i get into the elevator with jaden next to me.
my eyes are shutting down on me as well as my body. i feel like a blob. is that even a word? i feel like a worm if that makes sense
or water, i feel like water. wait is that even possible? is water wet?
"what?" i hear jaden say, i look up at him
"what?"
"you asked me if water is wet" he laughs
"no, i..." i pause, "i said i feel like a blob"
"blob?" he laughs
"no a worm" i frown
the elevator door opens and he walks me down to my dorm, we pass by lily and sophia's and i wonder where sophia is staying since joey is staying with lily
the floor breaks and i fall through, i feel a arm wrap around me pulling me up, "how'd you fall?" he ask me
"the floor broke" i stand up slowly
i hear jaden laughing, "gosh you're so drunk"
"i'm not drunk i'm just blob" i state
"is this your dorm?" he ask me
i look at the door and cross my arms, "i think it is" i sigh and knock on the door
i bite my bottom lip and wait for the door to open, i knock on it again and look at jaden
"is your roommate even up at this time?" jaden ask me
"yea, joey never sleeps he always comes back around 1 in the morning-" i close my eyes when i remember joey left
"i don't have a roommate" i'm so embarrassed
"why not?" he frowns
"he left me..." that sounds so bad, "no he didn't leave because of me, he left because he went to stay with this girl named lily. she's just this like... one time thing he's obsessed with" i continue "i don't even know why he's so obsessed with her. it doesn't make any sense you know?" i gulp
jaden nods slowly, "yea"
"you do? boys are so complicated" i sigh "why hasn't he opened the door yet" i cross my arms
