"i didn't mean it like that" lily laughs it off
"just because i didn't have sex doesn't mean i'm a prude"
"have you ever had a boyfriend?" soph asks
"yes and it lasted for a year" i say proudly
"wait so you had a boyfriend for a year and never had sex?" joey raises a eyebrow
"ugh just stop sex isn't even that big of a deal can we talk about something else?" i say
everyone else finishes there food and lily paid for everyone, we went to target to get some stuff for me and lily's dorm
"don't get that" joey grabs the pillow from my hand and puts it back on the shelf
"why not?"
"it's too girly" he says
"it's a blue pillow?"
"get black" he says taking a sip from his starbucks drink
i roll my eyes, "it's my room"
"it's also mine"
"this is why we shouldn't be roommates" i say
"hey guys" sophia walks to us with a basket filled with stuff, "you didn't get anything?" she looks at me
i look at joey, "he doesn't like anything i'm getting"
"joey just let her buy whatever she wants" sophia grabs the blue pillow, "i'll pay for it" sophia smiles
"did you hear about the party tomorrow?" lily runs to us
"yea" soph and joey both say
"we should go" lily says
"no thanks" i grab another pillow
"why not?" soph frowns
"because she's not a party person" lily says
"do you ever have fun?" joey ask me
"i'm not going to the party ok?"
"please it'll be fun" soph begs i shake my head, "no sorry"

we got back to the dorms and i put the blue pillows on my bed because they were the only things i got since joey hated everything else i wanted to get
"i'm having some friends over, of you don't want to be here you can go to lily's room" joey says
the door opens and 3 guys walk in, they all stare at me "another one of your hoes?" one of them says, my mouth dropped. i'm wearing leggings and a shirt how could he possibly think i'm a hoe
"no she's my roommate kelsey"
"it's kels" i correct him once again
"oh she's hot" one says
i look down "kelsey get out" joey says
i nod and grab my phone, i walk out the room and go to lily's, it was already open "hey kels"
"hey" i lock the door
"we were about to put face masks on, you should sleepover!" sophia smiles, "pleaseee"
"okay" i smile
"go get your pjs from your room" she says
i nod and walk back to my room, i don't want to go back in it was so embarrassing, i sigh and walk in
