"it sucks that you're leaving to another college" lily seems bored at the table since no one has talked about her
"i mean i have my reasons" i shrug my shoulders
"my brother finally got with yo-"
"this pasta is really good cynthia! how'd you make it" amanda almost chokes on the food
i look at lily then at joey, he starts to chew his food slowly "what? no" i answer
"oh please, i know you were at my house and you guys had sex" she whispers for only us 3 to hear
my eyes widen, "i didn't"
i could feel joeys eyes burning on me and jacob
"shut up lily you don't know anything" jacob defends me
"i saw her leave our house crying that's when amber came over. i heard you guys arguing" lily rolls her eyes
"when did this happen?" joey finally decides to say something
we all look at him, "a couple days ago" jacob answers him
"i'm not leaving because i want to say with your brother" i breathe
"so kels when are you going to get your stuff from WSC?" amanda ask
i look away from lily and smile at amanda, "probably tomorrow morning"
"that's when lily will be going back, you guys should go together" she says
is she joking? "actually i cant because i'm going early in the morning, lily would probably be sleeping by the time i leave... right?"
lily takes a deep breath, "yes, me and joey will be sleeping by the time she goes, plus i was thinking about taking joey to the pier before we leave since kels can't"
all i feel towards lily is anger, she knows what she's doing and she's trying to make me mad
"yup, i cant because i'm taking jacob to the beach instead" i squeeze jacobs cheek
"you guys seem busy" my dad chuckles
"yes we're so busy, me and jacob have been hanging out so much this month" i shove potatoes in my mouth
i hear joey clear his throat, "i'm actually going to leave tonight"
"what?" lily looks at him
"okay well i'm going to start cleaning up" cynthia stands from the table and starts grabbing the plates
amanda begins to help her, my dad and jeff get up and walk into the living room
"my sisters going to kill me" jacob whispers in my ear
"who cares she won't even be here for long" i roll my eyes and watch cynthia grab the pasta and mash potatoes from the table
her and amanda walk into the kitchen and lily looks at me, "what is your problem kels?"
"what do you mean?"
"i know you fucked my brother okay? and i know you did because you want joey to get jealous but he won't because he's with me and we're happy now"
"that's not true at all. i actually liked your brother and i don't have any feelings for joey nor do i care how he feels" i say and look at joey
joey looks at me then at jacob, "you fucked him?"
"yes i did, so what?" i cross my arms, why is he surprised?
"nothing im just a little confused" he says
