I knocked at my dads office door and heard him call me in. As soon as I entered and shut the door I could see the anger written all across his face as he narrowed his eyes at me as if he was trying to work something out.

"Sit" he pointed to the chair opposite him on the other side of his huge dark wood desk.

"Hi dad" I smiled my sweetest smile trying to calm his down but the stare he gave me made my shrink down into the chair like I was a little girl again.

There was a light knock on the door and dad invited them in and my mouth dropped open when I saw who it was. My eyes followed their every move as they swooped in and sat down besides me glaring at me sinsterly.

"It's come to my attention that you, my own bloody daughter has apparently lost her mind and invited a fucking blood sucking leech into this pack house. Is that correct?" My dad bellowed so loudly the walls shook and I'm sure the entire pack could hear him.

"Well umm I..." great now I couldn't speak. I stared at the woman next to me wondering if she'd done something to me.

"Sneaking him in your bedroom window if I'm not mistaken. Eden you were seen at Woodies with him. Is he your boyfriend? Is this what has become of you? You've really lost your way of late Eden and it scares me and your mother to death" wow don't hold back on me dad, share your true feelings about me.

"He saved me dad. Without him I wouldn't be here" I tried to reason and not let the hurt of my dads words of disappointment show.

Warriors don't show weakness, That's what my dad always taught us.

"Amara will be placing a protection spell on the pack house. You disappoint me Eden, you really do. He is not longer welcome here" my dad gestured towards the tall, slim woman sitting next to me then stormed out of his office leaving me alone with her.

She turned her head to mine and pushed her long white wavy hair over one shoulder and gazed at me with the most beautiful blue eyes I'd ever seen.

"You have overcome a great tragedy" she uttered sadly as she reached out and tucked some of my hair behind my ear.

Her soft hand brushed down my cheek as she smiled at me making it's feel as if she could see my whole life through just a gentle touch. It was strangely soothing but so intense it was too much.

"I should go" I jumped to my feet feeling alarmed at the way she was looking at me

"He is here you know, watching you" she stated calmly yet her words hit me like a freight train knocking the wind out of my lungs.

I struggled to breathe yet ran as fast as I could out of the office and upstairs to my room. I locked my door and shut my curtains before throwing myself on my bed in a panic.

Those words echoed through my head over and over. Was she warning me of something or was she just trying to scare me. I wasn't sure but I wasn't going to take the chance either.

If he was out there and watching me I was in serious danger. Fuck.

I paced my bedroom going over the conversation I'd had with my dad over and over until it finally got me that he knew details that only a few people knew.

How on earth would he of known Blake was coming into the pack house via my window unless someone had told him and the only people that knew were Skylar, Harry and Mia.

There's no way on earth Sky or Harry would have spilled my secret, not even under the most intense torture would they betray me.

I knew that because I'd do the same for them too.
