Tenya Iida x reader

I sat playing with my tail, getting more and more nervous. I could hear the talk show host introducing the other guests. I can face off against multiple villains, fighting for my life but one talk show and I can't handle it.
"Now. The guest you've all been waiting for!" He host shouted to the audience, them cheering in response. "The number 6 hero! By fighting crime she'll leave you 'feline' fine! Please welcome my final guest! Pro hero, Bastet!" They introduced me and I walked out to cheers and applause. I sat down on the couch next to the host, smiling widely. "Hey, thank you so much for agreeing to be on the show today. We all know you're very busy."
"Oh the pleasure is all mine. I loved this show since I was a kid. I always watched your hero segment on a Saturday morning. So to actually be here is just amazing." I smiled.
"So. Today, instead of me asking you the questions we have something different." The host introduced. "Your fans have the chance to ask you the questions instead."
"Oh well. This could be interesting." I laughed.
"First question." A young lad stepped up to the microphone.
"A lot of your UA class are now in the top 10 heroes. Did you know you'd all be up there?"
"Wow. Great question. We all hoped we'd be in the top 10 eventually and actually took bets on who'd be where. It started out as a joke but eventually we found out some of us placed in the top 10. We got 650 yen for every correct placement. I placed myself about 12th if I'm honest." I shrugged. "How I placed above people like Froppy and Red Riot I have no idea!" I grinned as a teenage girl stepped up next.
"Are you still friends with your UA class?"
"Hell Yeah! We all meet up whenever we have the time. It's great! I recently went out with Uravity to celebrate her engagement to Deku." Then a guy in a blue hoodie walked up.
"Can you clarify the rumours that you are also engaged to another Pro hero?"
"If you're referring to myself and Ingenium, were not engaged but very happy. He'd love to be here too but was called out on a mission this morning." I sighed, smiling at the host as an apology.
"Would you care to rethink that answer?" I turned back and now the man was right in front of me on one knee, his hood pushed back. I couldn't help but scream and jump back. He pulled a small box from his hoodie pocket. "Well. Will you do me the honour?"
I had no words. I couldn't speak. I just nodded. He leapt to his feet, sliding the delicate ring onto my finger. Now I looked at it properly i noticed the Ceylon sapphire in it. I said they were my favourite as they reminded me of his eyes.
"I thought you were out all day." I laughed, resting my forehead against his.
"Well I couldn't spoil the surprise though could I?" He smiled.
"I'd hate to break up this wonderful moment but we do have a show to finish." The host spoke from beside us.
"I'm sorry." I laughed, sitting back on the couch and continuing the interview with Tenya by my side.
A year later.
"I still don't really understand what is happening." Eri questioned with her head tilted to one side.
"It's something that two people do when they want to spend the rest of their lives together." I shrugged, tying the small bow at the back of the young girl's dress.
"So why am I here?"
"You are a bridesmaid. You walk with me and show everyone how adorable you are." I smiled. "Bridesmaids are normally sisters or family of the bride but I don't have any. So I chose my closest friends and the one person I think of as my new little sister." I explained as Ochako walked through the door with Tsu.
"I just got a text from Deku. They're ready." She smiled.
"Okay. Here goes. Let's get going." I sighed.
When we arrived at the venue Ochako was sorting out my dress I looked down at her. "Is it normal to be scared?"
"Of course. But you'll be fine. It's Iida. There isn't a moment about this day that he hasn't planned." She grinned. "I was on the phone to him earlier, he's so excited. He can't wait to see you."
"Ok. I'm ready." I smiled. The doors opened and I followed my bridesmaids in. I handed my bouquet to Eri and turned to Tenya who was already crying. "Really?" I whispered.
"I'm sorry." He replied, taking a handkerchief from his brother, "I knew you'd look breathtaking but I still wasn't ready."
"Softie." I smiled.
"Guilty as charged."
