Rei Ryugazaki x reader

I've been friends with Nagisa since we were kids but sometimes he's just so blind. He keeps saying I should think about getting a boyfriend, what he doesn't see is that I'm seeing his best friend. Rei wanted to keep it between us and I'm respecting that, but I thought Nagisa knew the two of us well enough to have worked it out by now. "It's not like you can't get a boyfriend is it? There's guys in our class who fall at your feet." He grinned, leaning forward in his seat to talk to me.
"I'm not interested in them though." I sighed, smiling subtly as Rei walked in.
"Hey Rei!" Nagisa called to his friend, "Don't you think Y/N should get a boyfriend?" Rei blushed slightly at the question.
"I like to believe that if she is happy and content with her current relationship status then we should leave her be."
"Fine." He shrugged, "I just want her to be happy."
"I'll be happy once you leave this topic alone." I glanced across at Rei and continued rewriting my notes.
"Fine. How's it going getting new members for your club?"
"About as well as getting members for yours." I huffed.
"We have four." Nagisa argued proudly.
"Yes and I have two. Including me. Besides Haru is a water addict and Rei most likely only joined so you'd stop bugging him." I laughed.
"No. That's not true. Well the Haru bit is but Rei joined because he wanted to." He turned to Rei, "Do you want to get some extra training in at the leisure centre tonight?"
"I'm sorry Nagisa but I have some... important studying to do." He smiled.
"Y/N. What about you? Swimming is great cardio."
"I'm Uh. I'm on Dojo cleaning tonight. I need to get it ready for training tomorrow." I smiled.

I waited outside the school gates, reading on my phone, until I received a tap on the shoulder. I jumped and turned to meet those violet eyes I love so much. He took my school bag off my shoulder and offered his arm. I hooked my arm in his and walked with him to the train station. "I wish Nagisa would stop prying into my private life." I sighed resting my head on Rei's shoulder. "We should just tell him." When the train arrived it was practically full with students from other nearby schools. "So claustrophobic." I mumbled, pressing my face into Rei's chest trying to ignore the people around me.
"Try not to think about it. I know it's hard." His voice was a comfort, something that kept me calm. "It's not long until our stop." I reached up and placed my hand on his cheek, looking up into his deep purple eyes. My other hand rested on the back of his neck, pulling him down slightly. I gently pressed my lips to his. He's very rarely one for pda but we also haven't spent a lot of time together in a while so wasn't surprised when he kissed back. He kept one hand on the rail overhead to keep us standing and the other around my waist pulling me close to his chest. That was until, "Rei?!" That voice. Nagisa.
"Nagisa. Leave him alone!" Makoto scalded. The only good thing is that the crowdedness Of the train has kept my back to them and they can't see me, even if they can see Rei's embarrassed face.
At Rei's stop we both quickly got off and started walking back to his until that voice pierced the tranquil silence again. "Rei! I didn't know you had a girlfriend! No wonder you're skipping out on training!" I could hear him running to catch up with us, and Makoto chasing after him. "Come on! We wanna meet her!"
"No Nagisa. You do!" Makoto yelled. "The rest of us respect his privacy!" Wait. The rest of them? Wonderful the whole team is here.
"I guess the cats out the bag now." I shrugged looking up at Rei as Nagisa caught up with us. I turned around as he patted Rei on the back.
"Y/N?! You and Rei?!" He yelled in surprise.
"Yeah. We've been together over a year now. We just liked our privacy." I shrugged, "Rei doesn't think it would be any different if people knew at school so we didn't bother. Anyway. Why'd you follow us?" I questioned.
"Rei was acting strange, missing our extra training a lot recently so I decided to take things into my own hands and investigate." He smiled.
"I tried to stop him." Makoto huffed.
"Wait. Makoto knew and I didn't?" Nagisa whined.
"He figured it out a few months ago. The difference was that he doesn't care about school gossip like you Nagisa." I laughed, "so he kept it a secret for us." I looked back at Rei and smiled, "we gotta go Nagisa. Sorry. First date night in a while. I'll tell you everything tomorrow. I promise." I smiled, giving Nagisa a quick hug before turning back to Rei and walking to his house.
"Mum? Dad?" Rei called, walking inside. When he received no response he looked at me with a smile. "House to ourselves then." We walked upstairs to Rei's room. He placed our bags on the desk and walked over to me standing over me as I sat on his bed. I just patted the bed next to me but he kept coming forwards, I leant back into his pillows as he knelt over me, his knees on either side of my hips.
"Rei?" I smiled, "we should postpone date night more often." He just grinned, pushing his glasses up his nose. He leant down, pressing his lips firmly to mine. Unlike on the train he was more comfortable now, this time kissing me with more hunger and desire. I pulled off his tie and unbuttoned his shirt, he pulled back, kissing down my neck.
"What's the rush? We have all the time in the world." I could feel him smiling against my skin. I took his face in my hands and brought his lips back to mine and continued my effort of taking off his shirt, throwing it on the floor. We continued until the door slammed open. "Rei! I've been calling you for-" We looked up at the door to see his mother.
"Mrs Ryugazaki! I-I'm Sorry." I mumbled, buttoning up my shirt.
"Mother. My apologies! I thought you were out." Rei apologised, his face bright red.
"Y/N. A pleasure to see you as always. I just dropped by to tell Rei that his father and I would be out all night. I see he already made plans." She smiled, walking out.
"So embarrassing." Rei blushed, hiding his face in his hands.
"Your mum was cool with it." I laughed, pulling him back to his bed. "Come on Rei. Now we really do have the place to ourselves." I smirked.
The next morning I woke up to Rei's alarm. He reached across, switched it off, and wrapped an arm around me. "Mmm. Rei we have school." I mumbled, nuzzling into the crook of his neck.
"I know. That's my running alarm we have another hour before we need to get ready for school. Go back to sleep." He sighed, gently stroking the exposed skin on my waist. He quickly went back to sleep and I took out my phone. I pulled the duvet up over my chest and took a picture of Rei sleeping soundly. I sent it to Nagisa with the caption 'waking up the best way after the best night ;p.' I soon got a reply.
'Don't need to know. You gonna be at school today or what?'
'Course. You think mr straight A's would miss a day for little ol' me?'
'Fair point. See you later.'
"Hmm. Stop texting Nagisa and sleep love." Rei mumbled pulling me tighter. I placed my phone on the bedside table and wrapped my arms around him.
"Fine. Love you Rei."
"I love you too. Now go back to sleep." I could feel him smiling, and gladly drifted back off to sleep in his arms.
