My eyes teared, my heart literally broke into pieces when Ezekiel stopped on his tracks to give respect to my sister. Phia took the opportunity to grab Ezekiel by the hand and made her hand comfortable on his breastplate making my chest fall up and down with a tensed speed.

I want to cry in this corner. I can't take the scene...I don't know why!

"Wanna pledge your loyalty to me? Just like your father did. He's my loyal knight, he protected me until his last breath. I'm pretty sure he said something, like, you being his descendant, you being my trusted Knight. What do you say?" Phia said in her most angelic voice.

Now my anger rose higher. Naghalo ang inis ko sa pang-aaway niya sa akin, ngayon naman ay kumikilos siya kay George Ezekiel. Alam kong biktima siya sa parteng namamanipula siya, ngunit ibang usapan na ata 'to.

The chevalier did not even budged with my sister's touch which annoyed me even more.

"I had pledged my loyalty to all the Emeralldes. I hope you understand but I am serving you all, not only you." Ezekiel responded hitting both Phia and I. Kahit na nakikinig lang ako sa gilid ay gusto kong humiyaw at magbunyi sa sagot ni George Ezekiel.

"But you can be mine, chevalier. I can assure you a better life with better position. Be my Knight." Phia offered once again making me furrowed.

Hindi talaga marunong pagsabihan ang isang 'to. Parang ako. Siguro'y kung ako ang nasa posisyon ni Phia ay ganoon rin ang gagawin ko. George Ezekiel is irresistible and even if it would cost everything, one would still give it for his attention and approval. Ang kaibahan lang namin ni Phia ay matapang siya at kayang gawin ang bagay na ginagawa niya ngayon, samantalang ako'y matutunaw na lamang sa harap ni Ezekiel.

My heart beat so fast that I almost faint on my track. Gusto kong maluha sa mga sinabi ni Ezekiel, gusto ko siyang yakapin. Gusto kong pumagitna sa kanila at ipagsigawan sa harapan ni Phia na ako ang tinutukoy ni Ezekiel...ngunit ako nga ba? Three is long enough, may iba na pang pinangakuan si Ezekiel?

Hindi ko iyon naisip. May iba na ba...si George Ezekiel? What's his status in life? Is he still single, is he married? Does he already have a family? Bakit hindi ko iyon naisip! Now it's destroying me and pissing me even more!

Phia moved closer reaching the chevalier's cheeks and lips. I looked away in complete shock and pain. Hindi ko kinaya iyon, alam kong mahal ko na si George Ezekiel at kahit na ganoon katagal kaming hindi nagkita ay hindi nagbago ang pagmamahal ko. Kaya naman hindi ko siya kayang makitang hawak ng iba.

Bakit ako ang nakakaramdam nito?

Lumayo ako ng bahagya. May ibinulong si Phia, hindi ko iyon naunawaan ngunit napapansin kong nagbago ang reaksyon ni Ezekiel. Nakukuha na ba siya ni Phia? Kinukuha ba ni Phia ang kaniyang loob? At hindi ko alam kung bakit ganoon na lamang ako nadurog sa mga sinabi ni Ezekiel. Siguro'y dahil nakatitig siya kay Phia, siguro'y dahil napakaganda ng mga salita ni Ezekiel habang nakatitig kay Phia. At hindi iyon kinaya ng mahina kong puso.

"Beautiful..." He suddenly said after a moment of silence between them with a blank face, "Perfect..." He said while staring at Phia, "Alluring, stunning, fucking gorgeous inside and out. Pure, impeccable, lovely, esthetic, attractive, beauteous, bonny, comely, cute, drop-dead, fair, fetching, good, good-looking, goodly, beautiful, handsome, knockout, likely, lovely, lovesome, pretty, ravishing, seemly, sightly, stunning, taking, well-favored..." He said and stepped closer to Phia, "What more do you wanna hear?"
