Chapter Fifty-Eight : Just The Two Of Us
What the hell did I just do?I stare mindlessly at my own palm holding Tom's blazer---which by the way after that hour walk from school to home--still smelled like him. Don't ask. I think I'm crazy right now. Inviting a guy right now? Great. Really ironic of you, Janna. I shake my head rather brash, trying to get things together and keep myself collected before I burst like a chimpanzee.
Maybe I should tell Marco to come over. That's right. Things will be less awkward if I invite him.
I rushed to the washer and dumped Tom's blazer on the basket with piling unwashed, folded clothes--to which my mother always does since shoving them in makes it look 'unkept' before heading to the living room where my phone was left untouched.
My fingers slightly trembled for no particular reason as I held my phone to my palm, typing a message to Marco in hopes he picks up.
Very important. Come here. I'll make
your favourite meal while at it.
😛
Marco! I'm seriously in trouble right now! You gotta come here!!
You'll be fine. Tom doesn't bite lol.

"That little sh!t! Marco!" I instinctively brought a hand up and chewed on my fingernail anxiously--which I know is disgusting, but habits die hard. And why did Tom tell him? Are they talking behind my back right now? The countless of probabilities just made my head tick with frustration.
My phone vibrates after a couple of seconds and I open messages.
For the record, I just assumed Tom was going there. Don't worry about it, you're more dangerous than he is.
Har. Har. Want some Oscar with that joke? Just wait 'till you see. I'll introduce Star to some lads.
Goodluck with that. You're anti-social
for pete's sake. The only guy you'll probably know is some shady, unwashed neck beard at WallMart.
There's this guy named Alfonso.
Star looks to like him.
What?!
😛Hey! Janna! You better tell me!
Seen 16:30A wicked smirk emerged the corner of my lips. Serves you right. The messages kept coming, vibrating while my phone keeps flashing from it's sleeping state. I could only stare at with a triumphant grin, letting the brat get riled up and desperate for answers.
In my own reverie, I didn't notice the door opened, not even a single creak passed my ears to notify me of a certain person entering.
