san and wooyoung laid naked in bed, the younger of the two still asleep, soft hums coming from his lips. san smiled down at the boy, ignoring the lingering sticky feeling from their sweat-inducing activities the night prior.
"god, i'm so lucky..." san whispered, playing with wooyoung's hair.
wooyoung shifted slightly at san's touch, causing the older to freeze for a moment before continuing to play with the boy's hair.
"staring is rude, y'know," wooyoung croaked out softly, giggling slightly.
"then i guess i'm rude... but you, my love, you are gorgeous."
wooyoung smiled and looked up at san with bright but tired eyes, then kissed his cheek.
"thank you for last night, sannie... that was really special."
"there's no need to thank me, love... we were both ready, and it's a great way to strengthen our relationship."
"as if it even needed strengthening," wooyoung giggled. "you're my everything, san. things will only be uphill for us."
"you say that like we get a choice..."
"but we do... we get the choice of making the best out of a situation or letting it hurt us. things are only going to be uphill, i promise."
san nodded and kissed wooyoung's forehead, smiling.
"let's go shower, yeah?" wooyoung suggested.
"yeah... let's do that."
the boys got up and went to the bathroom, quickly getting in the shower and standing under the warm water. wooyoung hummed a bit at the feeling, causing a small smile to form on san's lips. san began to massage wooyoung's shoulders as the younger began to wash his own body, resulting in soft moans as wooyoung leaned into the feeling.
the two helped each other get washed up before heading back to their room and getting dressed, then san changed their sheets and the boys laid down to relax.
"have you called the psychiatrist's office, love? you've cancelled two weeks in a row now, i think you should fill them in..."
"i-i don't want to go, woo... i-i know it helps, but i just... i don't want to leave the house, i'm so terrified that my mom will find us..."
"san... i know it's scary, but you're going to have to eventually. why not just brave it now? if she tries anything we can just report it to the police, yeah?"
san nodded and cuddled into wooyoung, sighing.
"it's all going to work out, love... i promise," wooyoung whispered.
san closed his eyes again, feeling weighed down from everything going on. wooyoung could tell the boy was tired and decided to let him be, knowing that trying to get him to talk could be extremely detrimental. wooyoung's main focus was not losing san, and keeping him safe while doing so.
"san? before you fall asleep, i just want you to know that i'm going to wake you in an hour or so for breakfast, sound good?"
"i'm not hungry," san muttered.
"sannie... i-i need you to eat with me."
"woo..."
"y-you don't have to eat a lot, just something. for me, please?"
san sighed and nodded slightly, closing his eyes again. it broke wooyoung's heart to see san so detached and broken, he was beginning to lose hope that he would be able to help the boy.
all he wanted was for san to be okay.
