The Team Of Heart And Hope (DISCONTINUED)

AUTHOR'S UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT/VENT!!

Howdy folks, how we doing here? It is me, SonicStarGenie here again to chat with you guys. Okay, now I have a couple of announcements to make, and take a moment to talk with you guys, and frankly, it's not easy to say, but let's just say, this is where we draw the line for this story. Now, let me first go through how I came to this conclusion of why, with some twists to make up this announcement I think you'll like.

Now, before I get to the point, let me fill me in first. So what happened, this year has been quite busy lately with school and stuff, and of course, it's no surprise that I would be stressed out and didn't want to seat down and write (which happened serval times). So after the work I got, I didn't felt like writing since I felt so stressed and decided to just play video games and drawing.

During my time of playing games and drawing (mainly gaming anyway, lol), I have begun to brainstorm ideas for my project, regarding on my OCs, Falvia and Screenshot, but especially Falvia. Being the very first OC I ever made and drawing her. During the development of this story around August, I began to brainstorm for new characters all a sudden. And these characters besides Falvia and Screenshot aren't part of the story yet. And this was since I drew Screenshot. Right now, I have over 8 OCs in total, and way more on the way I have yet to draw (and just to be fair, I am not the best artist in the world, I'm just avenge).

But there is more to that. After drawing them and explained briefly about my characters, I have began to expand their potential, their own story, their own abilities, well, their origin, well, it's that moment I realized I am using all of my imagination to create what I wanted to make for my characters, creating my own world and universe/multiverse, instead of using someone else's in my mix to create something new out of it.

Let me cut to the chase. I, SonicStarGenie, have hereby (and it pains me to say this) have officially made the decision to discontinue The Team Of Heart And Hope, for the sake my own original project for my own OCs and universe.......with a few twists (Hear me out).

So in case my reason for my decision to discontinue the story wasn't too clear enough, my reason for it is that I needed to discontinue this story so that I can start on my own original project, featuring my own characters in my own universe/multiverse, expanding my own ideas for my whole project. Plus, to tell you the truth, I slowly began to lose interest in this story since I created new OCs and brainstorming ideas that include their own origins.

Although, it is worth noting that I do not regret writing this story. I do not regret it at all. In fact, I am very happy about it, I loved how it turned out, giving a much better experience as a writer. Sure, I will admit, the beginning had somewhat of a rough start, and then it did somewhat improved, but I love how it turned out, served me well as my training wheels. I mean, it's kinda strange to say. Cuz I started writing stories when I was 13 years old, so that was a long time ago. And, this story isn't my first, it's actually my third, and of course, my passed works were crossovers. I gotta be honest, my last two works before The Team Of Heart And Hope, weren't exactly my proudest works.

The first crossover story was Batman and Mixels, a crossover of DC Comic's Batman and one of Cartoon Network's IPs, being Mixels. That crossover was a disaster. I had no had no idea what was doing, and I couldn't realize this til I was 15-16. The second crossover wasn't as bad as the first one, but wasn't great either, and that crossover was Sonic The Hedgehog and Fairy Tail. This crossover however was a fantastic game changer to me, gave me the best experience, and like I said before, served well as my own training wheels. Even though the last two weren't that good, I gotta give them credit for the purpose they have fulfilled. The first story got me into story writing in the first place, and the second to build a storyline.

So even though it is now a sad moment that The Team Of Heart And Hope will no longer be in development, this is also great news as well, marking this as a brand new beginning of my very own project. But now here are the real twist here.

Even though the story has been discontinued, the story itself isn't. Don't know what I mean? Let me word word it better for you. This story you're reading right now, this book has officially been discontinued, but the storyline from this story since the beginning will move on as it definitely holds potential and serves an a open door to my own original series. However, it will move on without the likes of Sonic, Shantae, and the rest and instead, my own characters is taking the part of this, and this story is getting a makeover. So by the way time I start on my own original project, they'll be a couple of changes from this whole story.

And as far as crossover fanfiction is concerned (since my own original project will not be one), I can still see myself writing fanfiction, so I may come up with a different fanfiction story for you to enjoy, but if I gotta be honest, it'll probably be shorter in terms of number of franchises. And I gotta say, it'll be just Sonic The Hedgehog, Shantae, and Kirby. Definitely nothing wrong with the likes of Mega Man, Spyro, Banjo-Kazooie, as well as others that didn't make the cut like Mario, Crash Bandicoot, Devil May Cry, etc, they're all fantastic in their own right and I love them all. However, compare to Sonic, Kirby, and Shantae, they are much Superior to me, and the first three that comes in mind when it comes to video games. So my days of writing fanfiction are not done with, but I hope for two things. One that this will be the last time I put down a project I couldn't finish, cuz this is is a 3rd time I done that already, and I really should stop, and actually finish a story from the beginning to the end. Of course, I'll still brainstorm for my unique ideas into my potential fanfiction in terms of plot, worlds, and, more importantly, the characters, but it is very likely to be a one time deal. What that means is that should my potential fanfiction expands as a series, any ideas I may have added from the first installment in terms of worlds and characters (mostly characters) would be done with and mostly likely will not make a comeback.

So, that's how it goes down from here. My own original series with my own ideas with my own characters and own worlds in my own universe/multiverse and my potential new fanfiction that would only involves Sonic, Shantae, and Kirby from now on. And I gotta say this loud and clear. I am not making any promises. I made so much promises and failed to keep them, so I will promise nothing regarding my projects and just go with the flow. I can only hope my projects doesn't go through this fate. My own original series? I hope not, doubt it, but hope not. My fanfiction? It's possible, but at this point, this is just me assuming things. Only the Future can tell.

Once again, my humble apologies for bringing the most unfortunate news with the discontinuation of The Team Of Heart And Hope. Based on the stats so far, it seem you really all enjoyed it. Again, I love how it turned out and I have no regrets for it, just ended up losing interest in it and moved on making my own original series. And just a recap, the storyline planned for this story will continue on, but it will start over fresh to hopefully be a lot more structure and built a lot better than this one. But why stop there? I am willing to sharpen myself and make improvements to makes my stories very enjoyable and entertaining. By providing with useful tips and suggestions (No matter how big or small they might be), they will be proven very helpful for me to consider to take advantage of. Trust me! It'll be much appreciated 💖💖

Well, that's wrap up for today. I am very sorry for the unfortunate news of stopping production of The Team Of Heart And Hope. But hey! Now this story will remain available to all to read if you guys like, but just note I will not be touching this anymore. Don't feel bad. Even though it is no longer be developed, this is a big game changer and this story have served its purpose! Marking a new beginning of my new original series of my own, and perhaps my new fanfiction too, but mostly my original series.

Now by the time you read this, my future projects (both original and fanfiction) haven't entered the writing stage, meaning I haven't started working on them yet. But I'll be working on them soon.
