Ch. 20: Wonder Through The Sewers

Now into the world of Clanker's Cavern, Kirby have reached the end of this pipe he is in and found the deep heart of the sewers. Without even watching his steps, Kirby falls down and hits his head on the ground. Thankfully, Kirby didn't suffer any head injuries from that fall. After that fall, Kirby gets up from the ground to see what is up ahead. Kirby finds himself in the deep heart of the sewers, all slimy, dirty, and quite stinky here too. Kirby of course didn't seem to be bothered by it. Just ahead up when Kirby began his journey in the sewers, he finds a evil looking crab patrolling the area with its big meaty claws. This crab gets surprised when Kirby walks up to it in person.

"Who are you?" Asked the crab "I don't think I seen you around places like this?"

Due to Kirby's disability to speak, Kirby just stare at the crab calmly, not saying a word to it. The crab is feeling uneasy about Kirby, seeing that Kirby is not purple, doesn't have red eye, or seem to be angry just like it.

"Just who you think are anyway?" Asked the crab "You're one of those sinners are you? Surprise how you didn't fall under the wrath the mighty lord Dark Sin. No matter, I'll please the lord himself by finishing what should be finished."

This crab has proceeded to pinch Kirby with its big, meaty claws. Kirby takes the hard pinch from the purple crab, feeling that pain in the head where the crab pinch. As a comeback payback, Kirby inhales sucking the crab in, trapping him and swallow it whole, receiving a hat with a crab's claw on top, gaining its ability. With the crab out of the way, Kirby proceed to move on in the heart of the sewers. Kirby sees a pool of dirty ahead, with a rusted metal pipe in the center. Kirby goes up to the dirty and swims in it. Kirby see that there something to search through underwater. He proceeds to dive in and goes on swimming through his path. He finds a pipe that leads him somewhere he needs to go. Kirby swims through the pipe, see where it's taking him. At the end of this pipe, Kirby finds a big, metal shark, floating around a space that's small and crowded for his size. When this shark finds Kirby coming out of the pipe, the shark became alarmed, growls as Kirby came here. It's clear that this shark is Clanker, Gruntilda's garbage grinder.

"What are you?" Asked Clanker "Clanker don't see you around. You must one of the sinners!"

Kirby has no idea what Clanker is even talking about, or even know who he is. Kirby remains silent as he does know how to respond to the metal shark.

"Oh, giving me the silent treatment eh?" Asked Clanker "That's what a sinner would do! I wish you I could eat you, but that dumb didn't bother to give me the space I need."

Within just a moment, a very loud roar has occur here, catching Kirby's attention. Clanker makes a smirk for himself as he knows who was that.

"No matter." Said Clanker "the little one can take care of you. Tho, I am not sure if she is even little anymore, thanks to some potion she had in her hand."

A another roar has occurred, grabbing Kirby's attention. Kirby swam up to the surface to see what is going on. He spots a float platform and climbs up. When he climbed up, he hears that same roar again, only this time, it's nearby. Kirby faces forward since he hears the roar is coming forward from that ripped pipe in front. The stomping seem to get closer and closer. Then, this character comes out into plain sight. making a appearance and revealing the identity of Tooty, now in a form of a big, ugly monster. Tooty roars as loud as she could as a result. She sees Kirby in front of her, just couple feet away, looking surprised to see her.

"What you looking at tiny?" Asked Tooty with a rude and mean manner "I don't see you around here. Could you be the friend of my betrayal brother Banjo? He chose the wrong side to fight against our Lord, and you did too!"
