"Ugh, my head..." Max said as he flopped down on the couch. "I cannot believe those witches had the audacity to cast that hell spell on you..." Sam said, closing the door. "I know right? I feel like my entire body is melting..." Max replied. Sam sighed. "Stay here, I'm gonna go get you some ice. Max sighed and kept lying down. A minute later Sam came back with some ice cubes in a cup. He set the cup down and got one of the ice cubes, then kneeled down and rubbed it on Max's forehead. It melted instantly.
"Geez.." Sam said as he dried his wet hand with a handkerchief. "I always knew you were hotter than a volcano but this is ridiculous." Max blushed and giggled, "oh, you flirt."
Sam smiled a little.

Suddenly, Max grunted, sounding painful. Sam quickly turned to him. "Max..?" Max was shaking, holding his head. "Sam... w-what's happening to me..?!" Sam stepped back. "I don't know!"
He watched in terror as Max's body slowly started to morph and twist.
His fur turned from white to a deep reddish black. His ears turned from round to pointy, his feet turned from 3 toed to hoof-like, and his tail turned from a cotton ball to a long, whip-like tail with a tuft of fur at the end. He slowly uncovered his eyes, which were now red and glowing, and smiled his red toothed smile. He was now a demon.

"Sam." he said, his voice now deeper and more echoey than normal, as he looked at Sam, who was now terrified and leaning against his desk, shaking. "The blood of angels compels me. I must... cause.... DESTRUCTION!" The rabbit-like imp leapt off the couch and scampered onto the window on all fours. When he got to the window, he looked at Sam again. "Don't wait up." he leapt out the window and ran off into the night.

When Sam finally stopped shaking, he sighed, sitting on the couch. "So that's what the hell spell does..." he gets up. "Wait a minute!" He goes and looks in the closet. "I know we have a conveniently named book somewhere..." he finds it. "Aha! How to catch an imp." he sits back down on the couch and starts to read. "Really? A fishing net?" he shrugs. "You're the expert I guess." he puts the book in his coat, then goes back to the closet to get the large fishing net that they had for freelance policing purposes. He then went out the door and walked off, looking around for max.

It didn't take too long to find him, he just followed the trail of shaking people claiming a demon tried to eat them.
When he did find Max, he was in the middle of trying to set a dumpster on fire. "Alrighty little devil, fun's over." The imp looked at him. "Ha! As if!" he scampered off on all 4s again, leaving Max to chase him.

After a very cartoony chase scene with Benny hill music in the background, he finally cornered the demon and brought the net down on him. "Gotcha!" the imp screamed. "SAM I THOUGHT WE WERE FRIENDS!" Sam rolled his eyes. "Not when you're gonna act like a literal demon we aren't." Max growled. "You'll pay for this nonbeliever!" max screeched. "don't use language like that, you might offend someone reading this." Sam replied.
Sam carried the screeching demon all the way back to the office, where he tied him up with some fireproof cord. Once he was done, he kneeled, looking the demon in the eye. "So, are you gonna behave now?" Max rolls his eyes. "What are you, my mother?" Sam giggled. "Lord, I hope not." he looks in the book again. "Now, how are we gonna turn you back?" max growls. "I don't wanna turn back! I wanna stay like this where I look bad*ss and my voice sounds awesome!" Sam looks at him. "Aww but Max, I liked you just the way you were!" max blushes a little. "Sam! Don't get all mushy on me!" Sam giggled. "I can't help it." he goes over and tries to pet him, although he's so warm that Sam almost burns himself, yanking his hand away. "AH! Geez max, you're even hotter than you were before!" Max looks up at him, his eyes softening. "Exactly!" Sam gasps a little, looking in his eyes. "Aw max, you are the hottest guy on the planet no matter what you look like." Max blushed. "Geez i asked you not to be sappy and yet here we are." Sam smiled. "yup."
Sam wanted to touch him but since he didn't want to burn himself, they just smiled and looked in each other's eyes.

After their happy moment, Sam looked back in the book. "Oh! It says here that the hell spell only lasts for a few hours, so you should be turning back to normal soon.'' Max smiles. "Good! I already miss touching you!" Sam blushes. "Y-you should really work on your wording."

Few hours later, the black from Max's fur faded and he was back to looking like the pure white hyperkinetic rabbity thing we all know and love. Sam untied him and Max jumped on him, tackling him to the floor. "Aww, buddy, did you miss me?" Sam said, hugging him. Max laughs. "As if."
