Sam and max stories

Sam's Halloween costume

"Come on Sam, I wanna see!" Max said outside the locked door." "hang on! I'm almost ready!" Sam said from inside. For the past 2 or 3 hours, Sam had locked himself in their bedroom to work on his Halloween costume. Max was very excited to see what it was, and had been waiting patiently.

"Okay, I'm ready! Close your eyes!" Max went to sit on the couch, closing his eyes and covering them. He heard the door unlock and open, then the sound of Sam's massive feet walking over to him. "Okay, ready to see?" Sam said. Max nodded vigorously. "Alright, open your eyes!"

Max does.

There was Sam, wearing a dark suit and dressed up as slenderman, complete with black tentacles. "What do you think?" Sam says, spinning around slowly. "Ooh! Really good!" Max says, clapping. He gets up, feeling one of the tentacles. "Wait, Are these made out of pool noodles?" Max says with a giggle. Sam nods, scratching the back of his neck. "Yeah... that's all I could get on short notice." Max smiles. "Well they look fine. And hey, if you fall in the lake at least you'll float!" Sam laughs. "Yeah, I guess so."

Max's face falls. "Wait, you aren't gonna make me dress up as Sally, are you?" Sam snorts. "No, of course not. I think your glow skeleton will do just fine. Max sighs in relief. "Good." a thought then occurred to him. "Wait, I thought you were gonna try to scare me, like I did to you with my costume?" Sam laughs. "Aw, no, max, I'm not that mean!" He looks off to the side. "Besides, I don't exactly have any tv static that I can manipulate." max giggles. "Oh well. It would be really cool if you did though." Sam smiles. "Yeah."

At that moment, the clock struck 7. Sam smiled. "Whelp, wanna go scare some suckers?" Max nods. "Oh yeah!" he went and quickly changed into his costume, getting his candy bucket too. "Lets go scare the crap out of some punks!" Sam smiled. "You crack me up, little terror."

And with that, the two went out the door to enjoy their Halloween.
