you walk alongside harry with moody walking ahead, gaining a few looks from his odd appearance.
tonks was also with him
you glance to the side as sirius in dog form trots up to you both, you grin slightly.
"padfoot. are you barking mad?"
hehe, i get it.. 'barking'
"you'll blow the entire operation"
you wave to harry as he follows after sirius, "i'll be with 'mione and ron, we'll be on the train, so find us!"
he nods, ducking into the break room where sirius had gone.
you pull your sleeves down a bit and wander over to find hermione and ron.

YOU ALL EXIT THE TRAIN, CARRYING BAGS AND SUCH.
"i'm surprised the ministry's still letting you two walk free, potter, toga"
you roll your eyes at draco's voice.
"better enjoy it while you can. i expect there's cells in azkaban with your names on it"
harry goes forwards, attempting to go at him but you grab his arms, holding him back.
"what'd i tell you? complete nutter"
"just stay away from me!" harry yells angrily.
"it's only malfoy" ron says, "what'd you expect?"
harry pulls himself away and walks forward, you all follow short after and head over to where the carriages would be picking you up.
you eye harry as cho chang smiles at him as her carriage drives off.
"hi, guys" neville says.
"hey, neville"
you look back, seeing a thestral pulling the cart,
oh. the thestrals pull the carts? no wonder nobody else can see them
"what is that?" harry questions, the others turn around.
"what's what?" ron asks.
"that. pulling the carriage"
"nothing's pulling the carriage, harry. it's pulling itself, like always"
harry stares intently at it as he walks passed, you walk with him.
"you're not going mad"
you look up, "oh, hello luna"
she pulls down the book of sorts that she was reading, "i can see them too"
you nod, "i can too!"
"you're just as sane as i am"
the other three exchange looks as you all hop on the carriage, it was a bit awkward.
"everyone, this is loony love-"
you blink.
"luna lovegood" hermione corrects herself.
"interesting necklace" hermione tries to break the awkwardness.
luna smiles, "it's a charm, actually. keeps away the nargles"
you nod in understanding, everyone else glances at you.
"hungry. i hope there's pudding"
you nod as the carriage takes off.
"what's a nargle?" ron asks hermione quietly.
"no idea" she whispers back.
