-Afternoon Workout-

A Saturday Afternoon was the perfect time for Roman to exercise in the living room. After going on a quick run around the block outside, Roman moved the coffee table out of the way so that he can do calisthenics for his workout. First was push-ups

Roman was on 30 push-ups when Virgil walked in after a nap. He filled up a glass of water for his boyfriend, setting it on the discarded coffee table. Virgil sat on the carpet afterwards, watching Roman exercise

Roman smiled when he saw Virgil watch him, flopping down on the carpet after doing 45 push-ups. Roman began to switch to sit-ups, asking Virgil to stabilize his feet so they couldn't move during the sit-ups. Virgil helped Roman, earning a kiss on the forehead when his boyfriend is up straight rather than laying on the carpet

To finish his workout, Roman picked up Virgil bridal style, doing squats with Virgil acting as a weight. To return the favor, Virgil gave Roman a kiss on the cheek when Roman was standing upright

Finally, Roman was done, tiredly sitting down on the couch and sweating like mad. Virgil gave Roman the glass of water, going off to run a shower for his now sweating boyfriend

Roman thanked Virgil for the water, hearing the shower turn on from the bathroom. Roman then went into the shower, changing into a simple red flannel with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and light blue jeans afterwards. He previously wore a pair of red athletic shorts and red and white sneakers during the workout, not wanting to sweat in his typical everyday clothes

Virgil moved the coffee table to its original spot in the living room, sitting on the couch while waiting for Roman to finish up his shower. Roman returned, dressed in the flannel and jeans with wet hair. Roman tried to fix it into its typical style, starting to get annoyed when his hair wasn't cooperating

Virgil giggled, finding Romans battle with his wet hair amusing. Eventually, Roman gave up and joined Virgil on the couch. Virgil sat on Romans lap, fixing his boyfriends hair once it's dry. Roman smiled, hugging Virgil and thanked him for fixing his hair and for helping him with the Saturday afternoon workout
