Sun obediently nodded along to his first friend's rant, that had been going for a solid ten minutes so far and yet they still didn't seem to be losing steam anytime soon. It was nice that this child version of Fresh didn't really seem bothered by his monochrome friend who appeared from the shadows like some demon rising from the depths. A part of him very amused how the child Error and Geno had jumped like startled cats at Core's appearance.

The Fresh's lower capacity for emotions truly came in handy right now and even better, it stopped the tiny Error from glaring at him, so he didn't need to find a pit to bury them in!

Truly things were looking up lately and cautiously opened his arms in offer when Core's voice started to die down. Grunting when he was squeezed on the verge of being too tight but at least his friend didn't seem angry with him anymore.

"....i'm sorry, Core. I really am. But the last few months...maybe longer, have been an utter mess"

He softly admitted, a simple way to explain he had been rebirthed, had a new parent and his Code was no longer like Swiss cheese which was one more hole away from collapsing. Huh, when he thought about it like that, maybe he hadn't been doing so well in the past.
