PAGE ONE
Panel 1: Kitana and Sub-Zero walk back to the group. Kitana approaches her mother, who's wearing her MK1 outfit with her MK11 lipstick. She smiles and hugs Kitana.
Sindel: Are you ready Kitana?
Kitana: Yes mother. I am.
Panel 2: Jade gives Scorpion a kiss and heads off to the other two women. She puts a hand on Kitanas shoulder in a caring sisterly way.
Jade: You've got my full support Kitana.
Kitana: Thank you Jade. You've always been a true friend all these years I've known you.
Jade: The same can be said for you my friend. Shall we head out now?
Kitana: We shall.
Panel 3: The women approach Raiden, who nods and opens the portal up for them. The three women step into the portal. They soon step foot into Outworld, into what looks like a village.

Sindel: Let us search for Li Mei now.
Panel 4: The women walk through the village. It's extremely quiet and peaceful, with an overall comfortable feeling to it. It has the appearance of its MK1 design. There are a few shops in the area, all of them looking very comfortable and welcoming. The three women smile at the wonderful scents coming from the bakeries. They soon come upon a martial arts training session, outside. There are a couple of women training outside, some sparring, others shadowboxing or hitting a heavy bag. A young woman takes notice of the three Edenians and her eyes widen in awe. The others who are training stop and also take notice.
The young woman: Sindel, Kitana and Jade! By the gods it really is them!
Another young woman: This is a dream come true! I've always wanted to meet you!
Jade: So you've heard of us?
The first young woman: Yes we have! Our master has spoken highly of your skill and we've watched your battles!
Kitana: And who is your master? Do you happen to know if they've heard of a woman named Li Mei?
A third young woman: Li Mei is our master! I can go get her for you if you'd like?
Sindel: Yes please, that would be wonderful.
Panel 5: The three young women run off to find Li Mei. They soon return with her. Li Mei is wearing her MK1 outfit. She spots the three women and bows to them. The three of them bow as well. She approaches the three Edenians.
Li Mei: Princess Kitana, Queen Sindel, Jade. To what do I owe this honor?
Sindel: Greetings Li Mei. Please just refer to me as Sindel.
Kitana: And just refer to me as Kitana.
Jade: It looks like you're quite the popular teacher. It's amazing to see how many students you've gathered.
Li Mei: Thank you. I've been one of the martial arts instructor for the past few years at my village. In these earlier hours its usually always women who come to the classes, and later in the day you see a mix of men and women.
Kitana: That's amazing! It's always good to pass your knowledge down to the younger fighters. Jade and I do that as well. Our husbands are the same as well.
Li Mei: Husbands?
Sindel: It's quite the long story Li Mei.
Li Mei: I see. Then let us have a seat and we can discuss everything. Girls! Keep training! I'll be back shortly.
