Mortal Kombat: Fire and Ice

Part 2: Chapter 16

PAGE ONE

Panel 1: Akira is wearing a yellow sleeveless gi with black outlines and a black V shaped line in the middle. He wears a black belt and black pants along with yellow shin guards. He has a yellow mask with a black outline, black and yellow wristbands and black fingerless gloves, and black shoes. He has two swords in an X shape across his lower back, and brown pouches on his thighs. Scorpion is in his MK11 default

Panel 2:  Akira is first to strike, going for a Blazing Nitro Kick.  Scorpion sidesteps and goes for a flaming right roundhouse kick, but Akira backflips away from him.  Scorpion begins to shoot fireballs, which Akira is able to dodge.  Scorpion launches his spear, but Akira surrounds himself in a purple glow, causing the spear to not affect him as a result of the forcefield around him, earning a proud smile from Jade.  Akira opens the pouches on his left thigh and pulls out two kunai. Scorpion dodges. The kunai lodge themselves into the floor and fire explodes from them

Caption: Akira's incendiary kunai. Every time it lodges into something, or someone, it explodes and sets that person or thing ablaze.

Panel 3: Akira pulls out one of the swords from across his back.  Scorpion pulls out his katana. They both swing, swords clashing.  They both struggle for a bit,  before Scorpion is able to overpower Akira.  Akira ducks under a slash and tries to go for one to Scorpions stomach but he jumps back.  An excited look appears in their eyes

Akira: Damn you're good dad!

Scorpion: As are you Akira! Good keep this up! Hold nothing back!

Akira: I'm just getting started!

Panel 4: They begin to slash at a furious, blinding pace, swords clashing. Scorpion kicks Akira back and takes out his smaller sword. Akira narrowly dodges the slashes and manages to slash Scorpion a bit on his shirt,  a small tear, when he removes his other sword.  Akira's arm also has a small cut on it.  Scorpion kicks Akira in the body and goes for a slash,  but Akira teleports in a burst of green energy and reappears behind Scorpion,  landing a Blazing Nitro Kick.  Scorpion gets up and they both sheathe their swords.  Scorpion moves at a blinding speed,  landing a flaming body kick and following up with a flaming backflip kick that launches Akira into the air. Scorpion teleports and lands a flaming uppercut that knocks Akira to the ground

Asai: Master Hasashi was always very aggressive when we trained.  I've taken so many flaming uppercuts from him when we trained

Amino: Don't forget the flaming kicks.  Those things hurt

Caption: Asai and Amino are like daughters to Scorpion.  They both lost their father to cancer,  and when they first met Scorpion they realized he looked a lot like their father.  He also possesses the same kindness their father did. The twins are also Japanese, like Scorpion. They knew who he was and sought to train under him to improve their own abilities. Ever since then, a bond was formed between Scorpion and the twins, to the point they viewed him as a father figure and acted as older sisters to Akira

Asai: C'mon little bro start kicking ass!

Akira: Yeah yeah shut up sis!

Panel 5: Akira jumps out of the way as Scorpion teleports, his fist slamming into the ground. Scorpion immediately lands a knee to Akiras body and follows through with an elbow to his jaw. He blasts him back with fire and launches his spear again.  Akira narrowly dodges and catches it in his left hand. He pulls the chain and yanks Scorpion toward him, landing a right elbow to his face and sending him away with a Blazing Nitro Kick. Scorpion gets up just to get hit with a right uppercut followed up by a left hook and a right kick to the body. Akira follows up by driving a cross into Scorpion's face, following through with a left body hook, a right head hook and a right knee to the body.
