Part 2: Chapter 35

PAGE ONE

Panel 1: Skarlet forms blood daggers and charges at Kitana, who readies her fans. Her fans clash with the blood daggers of Skarlet. Kitana kicks Skarlet back and lands a hard kick to the her right leg followed up by a right knee to her body. She then jumps into the air and does her signature Square Wave punch, landing a flying cross on Skarlets face. Kitana goes for a fan slice but Skarlet is able to leap back. She stabs herself in the stomach and a blood tentacle appears and slaps Kitana away.  Skarlet forms a blood lasso and grabs Kitana by the ankle, swinging her around and slamming her to the ground hard. Kitana gets up and rolls away from a blood blast. She then spins forward and lands two overhead swings on Skarlet.  Not to be outdone, Skarlet runs forward,  leaving a blood trail behind her. She slides on a pool of blood and launches Kitana into the air, before unleashing a small blood explosion that knocks Kitana to the ground. Kitana gets up and does a horizontal swipe with her fans.  She kicks forward twice and ends the combo with a palm strike that breaks the ribs of Skarlet.  She then slashes Skarlet across the chest.

Panel 2: Kitana goes for a kick to the body but Skarlet catches it and lands a cross. She tosses the leg and kicks Kitana in the body before sending her into the air with a burst of blood from beneath her. Skarlet summons a blood scythe and slams Kitana down to the ground with an overhead swing from it.  Skarlet goes to stab Kitana but the Edenian princess is able to teleport away from it.

Skarlet: For every attack I have it seems you have a counter for it Kitana

Kitana: When you've been alive for as long as I have, with countless millennia of experience,  that type of skill comes to you naturally

Skarlet: I see.  It's no surprise that you're so skilled,  especially after further training with such capable warriors.  I'm curious to see how their blood tastes. Especially Cryomancer blood...I wonder if it's cold.

Kitana: You'd be wise to watch your tongue about my friends and my husband!

Skarlet: Oh,I just merely wish to take everyones blood and add it to my power.

Kitana: I'll stop you before you even get the chance

Skarlet: I'll drain your blood first!

Panel 3: The two of them charge at each other again.  Kitana catches Skarlet with her fan throw, before using her fans to levitate Skarlet in the air. Kitana uses her fans to lift herself into the air, far above Skarlet before she drives her into the ground with a knee to the body. She teleports above Skarlet again, before diving at her while spinning, knocking her to the ground with a cross. Skarlet gets up and Kitana unleashes an assault of kicks. Roundhouse and spin kicks to the body, backflip kick to her jaw, kicks to the leg and ending it off with a handstand kick. Kitana gets up and waves her fan in front of her, looking down at Skarlet

Bi-Han: Kuai, you look you're in a trance

Sub-Zero: Huh? Oh I'm just... admiring her skill

Bi-Han: And you expect me to believe that?

Sub-Zero: Not at all

Bi-Han: Exactly. 

Panel 4: Kitana goes to slash down at Skarlet, but she suddenly gets ensnared by blood tentacles that wrap around her hands and legs. Skarlet forms a blood spear and stabs Kitana in the stomach with it. She then summons another tentacle that wraps around Kitanas throat and slams her around on the ground a couple of times. Skarlet sees Kitana bleeding and literally pulls the blood to her and adds it to a blood dagger she forms, making the dagger grow in size. Skarlet has the blood tentacle bring Kitana to her.  She stabs Kitana in the chest with it before slicing her leg and kicking her back. She forms a blood spear and goes to stab Kitana again but Kitana counters with a quick slash to Skarlets chest. She teleports behind Skarlet and slices her in the gut. She follows up with a vertical swipe from her fans followed up a spin kick to the body and then bringing her foot downwards in a handstand kick that knocks Skarlet to the floor. Not to be outdone, Skarlet summons a burst of blood from under Kitana that staggers her. Skarlet lands a right uppercut, left hook and a cross, followed up by a body knee. She teleports above and then behind Kitana , followed up by slashing her in the back. Kitana teleports behind Skarlet as she goes for a kick and counters with one of her own to the back of Skarlet's head. Skarlet turns a throws a right hook, but Kitana rolls under it and lands a left body hook followed up by a left head hook then a right uppercut followed up by a switch left knee to the body. Bi-Han's eyes widen
