Mortal Kombat: Fire and Ice

Part 2: Chapter 51

PAGE ONE

CAPTION:  An hour later.

Panel 1: The Earthrealm warriors are gathered around in the arena. Soon, a massive portal appears. 

Shao Kahn: This portal allow you to travel between the other kingdoms, similar to how you would travel between the realms.  Once you are done meeting everyone, we'll meet back here. Then I can show you to the other smaller kingdoms in here as well and we can also discuss strategy. 

Panel 2: Scorcher leads the group through the portal. Once they step through, they're greeted by a large, gorgeous looking park. Some people are jogging, others are sitting on the benches talking, some are casually strolling while others were in the grass, either relaxing or even having a picnic.  The trees and grass all look bright and vibrant.  The people are mix of animal people, elves, and even fairies.

Lucy: I love this park. So many memories. Especially with you.

Scorcher: Yeah, it never gets old going here babe. 

Lucy: Agreed. Anyway, this is the main kingdom of the Biokingdom.  This park is known as Wizard Park. Mostly because you often see a lot of wizards putting on free shows in this park.

Damian: Its pretty interesting honestly. 

Kori: I remember when we took our kids and my younger sister to one of the shows! Oh it was so great!

Damian: Yeah we gotta do that again soon.  I say we take em to meet Josh and Orissa.

Scorcher:  Yeah good idea. Josh is one of our best friends. Orissa as well.  Nice people you'll like them.  I'll teleport you guys there now. 

Panel 3: He teleports everyone away, and they find themselves in front of a nice, gorgeous and comfortable looking house that is also quite large.  There's a large porch out front with a swing, and there's also a massive backyard.  

Kung Lao: Do you guys smell that too or is it just me?

Asai: Yeah, smells fucking amazing. 

Lucy: Oh that's Orissa's baking. She's a really good baker, and she likes to greet guests with baked goods. Let's go greet them in the back.

Panel 4: Lucy leads the group around the house to the backyard.  There's a large table out there, with various delicious looking baked treats. There's also a grill with meat on it. A short woman, about 5 foot 2, is there. She has long blue hair, blue eyes, glasses, and most notably, blue cat ears and a blue cat tail. She's wearing a sundress and sandals. She greets everyone with a big smile and a wave,  going up to Lucy and giving her a hug before doing the same with Damian, Kori and Scorcher. 

Johnny Cage: Are those cat ears? 

The woman: Yeah! I'm Orissa! I'm what's known as a cat girl, or a neko. Lucy and the others are some of my best friends. It's so nice to meet you all!  My husband will be out soon, you'll like him! 

Panel 5: Suddenly, a massive man, about 6 foot 5 and weighing somewhere in the 250s, steps out of the back door. He has short black hair, bright, intense red eyes, and two scars on the top and bottom of his left eyebrow. He wears a sleeveless black vest with patches, blue jeans, black and blue high top sneakers, a shirt with what looks like a death metal band logo, and a a chain on his pants. He has a serious, stoic look on his face, his red eyes scanning the strangers in front of him. However, this serious look soon changes, as a large, kinda goofy grin forms on his face, and his eyes have a warm look in them. He gives Orissa a quick kiss. He then greets everyone in a manner similar to Goku, with his hand in a chop like motion held up.  

The man: Hey, nice to meet all of you! I'm Joshua, or Josh, some people call me Fang too. This is my wife Orissa as you know, and this here is my house.  I see you've met my friends already too.  Nice to meet all of ya.  Got some sweet treats and I'm grilling some meat I caught myself.
