After having a mini panic attack from waking up in an unfamiliar room and Killer rushing in to calm me back down, the hangover set in. Did I regret last night? No, but damn did it hurt. We rushed to get to school but not until Kidd announced that I had beaten him and was therefore to be called 'Boss' by the other three boys in the house. I rolled my eyes before I stole another one of the apology beers and chugged it.

Alcohol takes away the hangover just as well as meds and electrolytes.

I sighed and Killer let me use his toothbrush to get the alcohol smell off of my breath. "We used to share all the time, it's nothing new," he replied after I gave him a look. I shrugged and brushed my teeth fast before we piled into the truck and zoomed to school.

I slipped into homeroom, nodding to the same blond sub that was there yesterday. I wondered about the calls from the man she was substituting for for a split second but decided it wasn't worth my time. I fell into my seat and noticed Drake walk in quietly.

He sat next to me quietly and nodded, passing me a note.

(Y/n)-

I'm sorry that I hurt you and overstepped when we were together. I wish I could take it back, but I understand if you don't want to take me back for now, but please allow me the chance to try to become friends with you again. Maybe it will lead back to something more, but I would enjoy nothing more than to be on good terms with you again. I do still love you, however I understand if it has become unrequited.

-Drake

I sighed and looked at him. "Dude, you could have just texted me. I didn't block you or anything," I said blandly.

"Y-you didn't? I thought you would have," he stuttered nervously, wringing his hands.

How did this dumbass ever threaten people? I hate that he's so damn cute.

"I didn't." I looked back to the board. "You have one hell of an uphill battle, but I'll give you a chance to redeem yourself. First order of business is apologies," I whispered as the sub began Homeroom.

Algebra was quiet since I had an A in the class and there were no real tests or anything before the ever encroaching break. Then P.E. started. I already was starting to regret even coming to school with how much people dodging I was doing. I'd have to talk to them after school, excluding Sabo since I was still pissed at him. I didn't really have a reason to but I didn't want to deal with it.

Mr. Dragon started in on the laps and I lagged to the middle, disappointing a certain group of Powerpuffs. They clearly started grumbling amongst themselves but kept to the front of the group. They refused to lose. I couldn't help but scoff as I realized they kept looking at me to see if I was speeding up to join them.

I kept my pace and went through the rest of the warm ups until Dragon announced that we were doing volleyball drills and to form groups of four. I sighed and looked around at my classmates. Ace, Sabo, and Luffy seemed to be scouring the room for someone and I wasn't bold enough to assume it was me, Koala, Nami, and Vivi were all talking and Sanji was quickly accepted into their group, and Zoro was wandering around, probably looking for Luffy. I went to find a random group that wasn't the brothers I was avoiding all day but I was quickly grabbed by a gloved hand.

I whipped around and was quickly met with electric blue eyes and matching hair. "Hey, beautiful~" he hummed as he gently tugged me to his brothers. "We saw you earlier but you can't avoid us now~"

I glanced back at the confused faces of the other trio of brothers and decided this was the lesser of two evils. "I wasn't avoiding you, I was avoiding other people. Plus you guys haven't talked to me like at all so how was I supposed to know you wanted to talk to me?" I sassed, not letting Niji feel superior for even a moment.
