Chapter 101 - An opportunity (Part 2)*

Asha can feel her limbs getting heavy. It was getting hard to control her body which refuses to move according to her will. Jedrek smirks as he watch Asha fell on both knees, both her arms were the only part of her that is trying to support her body to not fall down completely.

"Ah! Did you not finish drinking your tea? Is that the reason why that lion beast was the first to get affected by the poison I sneakily put inside that kettle? Hahahaha... I am beginning to enjoy the benefits of being a ten-starred fox beast. The ability to hide my own aura is so flawless even all these males around you did not felt my presence. Even that young owl did not saw my energy hahahahahaha... It might take them longer to save your precious trees...,"

Jedrek waves his hand, all his fingers gracefully stroking something invisible in the air. Asha and Theo can feel the wind getting stronger as it passes all of them and continuing to get through the forest.

"The fire will scatter no matter how they try to put it out. As long as I can spread the fire with my wind, they will be very busy and will be unaware of what is happening to you right now. And yes, I know you are curious of how the fire started. It was me. I also learned from you how to create one so do not put all the blame on me," Jedrek knelt down in front of Asha who is breathing hard and is fuming in anger. He licked the sweat that ran down her face with his long and wide prickly tongue. "I like how you taste. You look beautiful even if you are angry. I want to kiss you so badly right now...."

Jedrek was almost about to kiss her lips when Asha shouted and with all her remaining strength, she held her dagger tight and swings it to stab him. But he already knew what she was gonna do that he immediately backed away from her. What surprised him is that Asha didn't stop and stabbed her thigh instead. Theo was surprised too when Asha repeatedly stab her thigh two more times. That's when she tried to wobbly stand up with her good leg. Jedrek laughed as he watch her in her defensive stance, her wounded thigh was bleeding profusely.

"Clever! Very clever indeed. God I am so turned on right now! You were not really going to stab me but you were really aiming for yourself. You want to feel pain so you can get your blood rushing in every part of your body, giving you a chance to move... and at the same time, so you can bleed out the poison you have in your body. No one will ever do that to themselves and will just admit defeat but you... you exceeded all my expectations... so smart and so brave... you never hesitate, do you...?"

Jedrek looked at Theo with disgust. "Are these the males you want to protect you my beautiful Asha? They do not deserve you... Abandon them all and choose Me! I am the greatest choice. Do not settle for anything less."

Asha was furious for she and Theo fell for his trap. She can't even use her mana effectively for she can feel the black crystals energy emanating from Jedrek's body. This is a problem that she has experienced before back in her world. There was an incident were humans who can manipulate elements got addicted with the use of black crystals. It was a hard battle to end for all of them.

Humans who got addicted in using black crystals to get stronger didn't know the hidden bad effect it can cause the absorber. Their own element that they use will eventually mix with the evil energy those black crystals contain. It will boost their element manipulation and even their strength a hundredfold. But what they don't know is that with the strength that they possess, it will be taken away from them as soon as the black crystal's creator recalls the evil energy that has now spread to their body, killing all of them. They get to borrow the power from the black crystal, it will be taken back as soon as the creator have them return to him, getting all their power as well. That secret of the black crystals power was never known. Jonas and his Mafia has been trying to investigate about it, but all of their efforts failed as every black crystal addict died one by one.
