Chapter 141 - The abandoned beast men *

Huye and his escorts are observing Mamoru. They have been travelling for two days with him now. They still can't figure out what race this beast man belongs to. He keeps on doing strange things. He can make things appear and disappear in a blink of an eye. And all of the things he brings out are strange. They can't understand how Mamoru is able to change his clothes. It was their first time to see such clothes. He changed his clothes to harem pants and an open kimono cardigan. He is also wearing gladiator sandals now while them beast men are walking with their bare feet. He's even wearing a cone hat on his head.

"What is that on your head?" The still hostile leopard asks. He is still mad that one of his friends was killed by this beast man who has a mysterious origin.

"A farmer's hat called salakot*."

Mamoru answers their questions if he feels like it and stays silent if he's not. Following them made him able to concentrate and plan ahead while observing his surroundings.

Mamoru Eason, just consider this just like another stakeout or spying. Be patient like what Asha always tell you.

He sighs.

I need more info about this world so I can blend in for a bit while looking for Asha. But you know what... fuck it! I'll do what I want. It's fun seeing their reactions. Hahaha, I bet we're thinking the same things when she first got here. I can't wait to see and be with you again babe. I'll be counting the days....

"But why do you have such ugly markings on your body. What are those? No females would get attracted to you hahaha," one of the orange tigers said.

The escorts are laughing at him but Huye is silently watching and observing. He knows that he shouldn't mess with this beast man. He needs to be on his good side so he can convince him to join him in his kingdom. Mamoru looks at the laughing escorts blankly and continues to walk with them to wherever they are headed.

"You'll be all dead if these ugly markings on my body disappeared. It's a sacred seal restricting my true power. Wanna know how it feels to be in hell? Try touching me and you'll end up like that stupid friend of yours."

Mamoru lied about his tattoos. He was trying to scare these arrogant stupid beasts who are trying to make fun of him. He smirks when he saw their terrified faces.

"So is that how he died and turned to dust? He hit you but he is the one who got hurt and died in the end because he touched you? Are you under some kind of curse? What is hell?"

Huye asked as he looks at the tattoos on Mamoru's body. He can see intricate lines and curves and colors on his lean and muscular body.

"My body is sacred. Anyone who tries touching me will die. Only my wife can have this body of mine. I belong to her and she belongs to me."

"Wife meaning your female?"

"Your wisdom just got a +1. Continue using your brain to gain more levels."

The escorts were raging and wants to attack Mamoru but they all know that they're not even a match for him. The ground shakes suddenly that made all of them stop on their tracks. Another nest of scorpions came out from the sand and starts to attack them.

Mamoru was just standing there with his hands in his pants' pockets. He waits for the scorpions to surround him before he released his aura that made all of the wild scorpions turn to dusts in an instant. Huye and his escorts who planned to run away and hide dropped on the sandy ground. The pain is excruciating when his aura hit them too.

"Tsk! You're all too weak. Stand up foreskin and lead the way. Stop wasting my time or imma leave all your pathetic asses."

"Did you just call me foreskin?" Huye asked.
