Chapter 110 - Finding Dumu

"What do I do? I am bullying the head witch doctor all this time. I am dead."

Tarik was helping Theo clean the cave they were in as they all plan to leave at once. Asha swiped all of Dumu's crystals inside her secret space and the stone tub as well that Theo dragged back and left outside the cave. Shay was standing at the entrance, just waiting for the group to finish.

"Just continue what you are doing and how you treat him. Do not let him know that we already know that Onslo is Solon himself. I still don't know why he is staying with us and why he is helping us. Where did he go by the way Shay? Can you tell me?"

Shay nods, "he left with the fox tribe chief. The two left the island."

Asha nods, "alright then. We'll leave when you two are done."

Theo went towards Asha and took another beast pelt from his basket. He draped it on Asha's shoulder and fixes the hood of her cloak underneath to cover her head.

"Who do you want to carry you Asha? The night breeze is a bit chilly. You need to stay warm."

Asha pats her tummy.

"I already have the flat stones that I heated up on the fire pit earlier wrapped into a belt. I have them under my clothes to warm me up. I have made some for you and Tarik too so you two can stay warm. You can sling them around your chest or put around your waist just like how I did mine. I already taught Shay how to do it so he can do his."

Her two husbands smiled at her as they wrapped the stone warmers around their waist before putting their hooded cloaks on as Asha insisted for them to also wear.

"Why do you want to leave right away master? It is still dark outside. We can just wait for morning to look for Dumu."

"I want to get Dumu and finish everything as soon as possible. I want to go home."

Tarik nods. The two husbands already carried the baskets on their backs and are waiting to whom Asha will want to be carried but Asha walked out of the cave by herself. She held the long stick in front of her where she tied a pearl at the end of it. The dark surroundings then became bright and illuminated her way as she walk towards the trees.

Shay was watching her all the time.

Such independent and ingenious female. She surprises me every time I watch her. I will try to win your heart while I am here. I promise myself that I will help you achieve your goals and be the best leader a beast men can ever have.

Asha touched the trunk of a tree and closed her eyes. She released her aura gently around her that the three males also felt. It was so warm and soothing. The snow covering the trees disappeared in an instant.

"Help me my friends. Can you lead the way where my snake husband is?"

There was silence. The three males looked around and even at each other while Asha is still calm and holding on to the tree trunk, waiting for a reply.

The branches of the trees around them suddenly move that surprised the three males. They were all in awe when every branches moved and looked like they were all pointing in one direction. The snow on the ground also disappeared as the grass wiggles their way out, forming a certain path along with the direction the branches are pointing.

"Seeing the trees respond from afar makes me think that I am hallucinating but this! Seeing it up close! This is mind blowing!"

Shay is watching everything happening in amazement.

"It is amazing, yes? I have seen it many times but am still in awe every time it happens. My master is truly one of a kind."

"Yes. Yes she is. That is why I decided to follow her."
