chapter 45 - normal, for once

The villains were in a crisis mode. Unlike before, they would use desperate measures to detain Komi and Bakugo -and the kill list was very much present in Komi's mind.
It was difficult trying to avoid every attack that was coming towards them while also sticking together.

While Bakugo had the panic of seeing everything happen at once, Komi had the panic of seeing nothing at all. Komi could watch his back, and to just help out in some way, Komi had used her quirk to stick her jacket to the back of Bakugo's shirt.
Komi wasn't all the heavy to Bakugo and Bakugo was the weight of a bag of grapes to Komi. It was the best option, but it was the only one they had. 

Komi sucked in a breath and reached around to grab Bakugo's middle. She jumped away from what she could guess was the mask guy -he could easily make this whole fight a lot easier for them and a lot harder for Komi and Bakugo.
Bakugo then used his explosions to land in a spot he deemed safe enough.

"I'm coming!" All Might yelled, but Komi heard the failure happen, as he was dragged away yet again. All Might was not able to come to help, so Komi had chosen to ignore him at this point...sorry, All Might.

There was a-
    -SHIT

Komi jumped to the side as she felt the cold spikes in her body. Toga was just tried to stab her, and Komi didn't know until it was almost too late. Bakugo then quickly yelled and used his explosions to move another way, as Komi had accidently jumped right towards a villain.

"Bakugo, I'm so-"
Shit, not again!

    Komi landed on the ground for the split of a second and then jumped away again then she felt cold spikes in her body, barely, just barely, one of the villains grabbed the end of Shoto's jacket, ripping the zip off as Komi jumped away.

"Webs, lean back!" Bakugo ordered. Komi did so, because if she stopped to ask why, they both could get hurt. If she hesitated, they might get kidnapped again. If she didn't, they both might lose.

Bakugo then used his explosions and spun around in the air, getting away from the villains. Komi was still leaning back bu-

Jesus!

   Komi extended her arm and shot down a web right down at some piece of debris, avoiding the mask guy as he just suddenly appeared from nowhere.
With the force Komi used to get away from the villain, she ended up slamming right into the debris she ha stuck her web to.

"This isn't working!" Komi huffed as she started to pull her arms from Shoto's jacket. "We have to split up!"

"What? Webs, no-" Bakugo didn't a chance to argue as Komi shoved him lightly to the side and avoided the array of knives that were being thrown at them.

Komi didn't like it, but it wasn't safe. Komi couldn't watch out for both Bakugo and herself at the same time, everything was spiking at once, her quirk was wary of Bakugo's safety as well, making everything so mixed up and messy.

Bakugo was away from her now, and if he was smart, then he would stay away. Komi was able to stand still and wait for the attacks, she could dodge and move out of the way. She could listen and wait-

....wait a second....

    BITCH, WAS THAT MIDORIYA?
Komi had heard the wall crumble and fall, and she could hear the little sparks from his quirk...but there was an engine as well...IIDA? What is going on?

Komi then felt cold again...but this wasn't her cold, this was a different type of cold. A real cold....This was Shoto's quirk. Komi couldn't hold back the laughing scoff that came from her mouth.

Komi honestly had no idea what was going on, but...

"Webs!" Bakugo yelled out.

"COME ON!" Kirishima yelled not a second later, he must've been around as well...
