Komi and Bakugo never actually made it to the power box.

Turns out, if you kiss Komi long enough, she loses feeling in her feet and falls over. This action ended up taking Bakugo out as well, resulting in the two of them falling into the snow, and becoming wetter and wetter and the rain they once forgot about  now became very noticeable as it poured right down on their once dry faces.

At first, Komi was annoyed as hell, but she slowly started to laugh, because no way. No way she just made up with Bakugo and then promptly made out with him in the span of 30 seconds.

"What are you laughing for?" Bakugo tried to act grumpy, but if she was wearing it, the lipstick on his face would be the second reddest thing on there.

"I just kissed you." Komi giggled, biting her lip. "And it wasn't a dream?"

Bakugo raised an eyebrow. "What kind of dreams are you having?"

Komi dropped her face and threw a snowball at him. It was a poor snowball. More of a snow made water attack than anything, but she still got him.
Bakugo threw his arm up to block it, but it still got down his already drenched body and clothes. He rolled himself over, prompting Komi to do the same as she didn't like the speed at which he did that.

Shrieking as she tried to get away, Bakugo caught her foot and pulled her back, having her roll back on her back as she faced the rain once again. Closing her eyes and shielding her face with her hands, she attempted to do a very poor attempt at a backward army crawl.

Only she didn't get very far, with Bakugo climbing his way on top of her, and placing his hands above her shoulder, his face almost blocking hers from the rain. Grabbing his face and moving it so that rain wasn't pelting down on her face, Komi moved him closer.

Bakugo got closer, his breath warm on her face, and for the first time, he wasn't angry or guarded. There was no shouting, no harsh words, just raw emotion. His hand reached out slowly, almost hesitantly, and gently cupped her cheek. He felt her flinch just slightly at the contact, but she didn't pull away.

Komi's breath caught in her throat, her heart pounding wildly. Her eyes flickered between his, reading the uncertainty and the intensity in them. She could feel his heartbeat against her skin, feel how real this moment was. And as much as she was terrified, she knew she wanted this. She wanted him.

Not in that way folks, not yet anyway.

Slowly, Bakugo leaned in, the tension between them nearly unbearable as he hesitated for a heartbeat, his lips just inches from hers. He hadn't kissed anyone like this before—had never wanted to in such a meaningful way. But now, with Komi there, it felt like the only thing that made sense.

Then, in a quiet rush of movement, he closed the distance. Their lips met, soft and hesitant at first, unsure and testing the waters. For a split second, everything seemed to pause. The world around them disappeared—the rain, the night, everything but the two of them.

Komi's eyes fluttered shut, her breath catching in her throat. She could feel his warmth, his presence wrapping around her like a shield, and something inside her finally let go. She kissed him back, slowly at first, her hands reaching up to touch his chest, feeling the rapid beat of his heart.

Bakugo deepened the kiss, his fingers threading into her damp hair, pulling her closer. For a moment, all his frustrations, all the walls he'd built, seemed to melt away. This -this feeling- was real. And it was everything he hadn't known he needed. His kiss grew more urgent, more intense, as if he was trying to convey all the things he couldn't say with words.

When they finally broke apart, breathless and with hearts pounding, they both lain there, still holding onto each other, as if the kiss had grounded them in a way nothing else had.
