JUST FOUND OUT THAT CHRISTMAS EVE IN JAPAN (december 24) IS THE MOST ROMANTIC DAY OF THE YEAR, IT'S BASICALLY THE JAPANESE VERSION OF VALENTINES DAY, YOU GUYS KNOW WHATS UP

It had been days since Komi ad Bakugo spoke to each other.
Ever since Komi left him on the stage with her lipstick on his face for the whole school to see and wonder what had happened, they hadn't said a word to each other.

It was strange too. They didn't have a lot of time that matched up together, and yet before, they were seeing each other so much. Like they had made time out of their days just to see and speak with the other. But...
But now it was different.

They kissed.
Komi kissed Bakugo. Bakugo kissed Komi.

It happened, and Komi didn't even dream it. They kissed, and then Komi left him with the evidence for the whole school. It was this whole thing too, with everyone crowding him and asking and shouting who's was it. A few had the right guesses, but by the time Komi was back in the audience, Bakugo was still on stage, glaring at everyone.

And today was Christmas Eve.
With the whole dorm decorated in such a festive spirit, it felt almost out of place. And the way Komi had a gift for everyone -even despite the secret santa idea they came up with, Komi still had gotten everyone a gift... except Bakugo.

She had spent so much time with him, and yet he hasn't said a single thing of what he wants. Not a lick nor a hint. Komi had gifts for everyone but Bakugo, and they hadn't spoken to each other in weeks.

...But they did kiss.

Like, it should not be the first thing that Komi is thinking of...but she kissed someone. And it was Bakugo. She kissed Bakugo... And she wasn't dreaming it. How the fuck?
But that wasn't really something she was allowed like that, because that would kind of make her a bad person, but at least she wasn't bragging about it.

The whole of the downstairs common room was lit up in christmas lights galore. There was tinsel hanging from the roof. A few ornaments sway gently in the faint breeze coming from the open window. The group of Class 1-A students is gathered together, sprawled across couches and cushions, all far from the hustle of school life and missions.

Komi and Shoto were sitting next to each other, arguing over whether or not it was this year or last year that Endeavour was sucker punched by a mall Santa Claus. It wasn't until a google search proved Komi right, that Shoto now gave her the cold shoulder.

Mineta and Denki had dressed up as Christmas elves, and currently, the two were terrorising others with fake mistletoe and something they called 'eggnog' but it looked like raw eggs and milk mixed together -but they weren't mixing together and somehow it was also burnt.

There was Christmas music playing from somewhere, and Sato was in the kitchen with Momo cooking up some frosting for the gingerbread houses the class was going to do later.

However, despite the festive attitudes of the nearby decor and clothing, Komi and Shoto were not so much in the Christmas Spirit as the others. Endeavour never really did Christmas, nor pretended that Santa was a thing. Instead, it was getting to the end of the year, meaning Shoto's hair has grown much longer from his last cut.

He took a piece of his hair, glancing at it from where he could, seeing how grown out it was. It had been growing out for a while now, and it was starting to look unruly—especially the left side, where his fire-powered half of his hair refused to cooperate. With a sigh, he glanced over at Komi, suddenly no longer giving her the cold shoulder.

"Komi, would you mind cutting my hair again?" Shoto asked, blunt as ever.

Komi looked away from how Jiro had turned the mistletoe towards Denki and Mineta, wanting them two to kiss, and now turned to her brother, taking a moment to look at his hair.
And yes, now that she was noticing it, he could do with a trim.
