6:02pm, right after the silence of a gunshot

She gasped first.

Then, for a single moment it felt like Komi was floating. However, when her head hit the ground with such a force, it was much easier to understand that she was simply just falling.

She was shot.

She was bleeding.

Oh fuck, she was- She was shot!

Komi took in a deep breath, which was a bad idea because now she could feel it. Groaning through pain, Komi felt the whole in her stomach, the whole in her body that was now meant to be.

Then, she felt it more. She felt it a lot more, and even though it hurt, Komi knew that pressure was needed for her wound. That was all she could think about. Her wound. The blood. The chance that she too, may die.

Bakugo had pressed harshly on the red area of Komi's middle as Deku shouted at the officer, raising his hands and telling them all they needed to know. Bakugo wasn't really listening. Komi had just been shot. She pushed him away, and next thing he knew, she was on the ground, shot.

"The fuck you get shot for!" Bakugo yelled at her, not knowing what else to do. Komi let out a sudden yelp, flinching and for a second tried to shove Bakugo away. He grimanced.
Pretty soon, the blood started to pour out from his hands, staining his skin, but also the soft ground Komi was lying on.

The lush green grass soon turned into a thick red as Komi started turning paler. The ash bond looked all around, tried to find something to help. Where was fucking ponytail when you need her? There was nothing around, he didn't know what to do.

He didn't know what to do, and Komi was going to die.
She was going to die if he didn't figure out something to do.

"Son!" An officer yelled out, his voice easily rising above the others. "Step back from the villain!"

"Fuck off!" Bakugo yelled out, throwing a snarl around.

Midoriya took another step closer to the police, raising his hands. "She's not a villain! She's my classmate at UA and she needs medical attention, can't you see?!"

Bakugo didn't want them to see. Because if they saw, then the ash blond would figure out who didn't have a full round in their gun, and then Bakugo would become the real villain.

Glancing -or, more like darting... Darting his eyes back to Komi and seeing the face her face was turned to the side and her eyes closed set off a small panic in Bakugo. Using his free hand, Bakugo slaps Komi.

"Don't close your eyes Webs!" He yelled at her, but to her, his voice was waving, spinning around her head and distorting through her ears. "Oi! Hey, look at me, keep your eyes on me."

Komi had to figure out which of the three Bakugo's was the right one, but when she settled on the middle, things started to clear up a small bit. Her breathing was damn right sign of something not being up to code, but what really said that more than having a bullet lodged in your stomach, unknowing if it's hit an organ.

Komi tried to cough, or at least her body tried to make her, but it was like dry heaving and it was not pretty. Her eyes went wide and she almost shouted out in pain, looking down to where the blood was coating her body in a terrifying colour.

She could hear the blaring of the sirens and the loud sounds of the bugs in the tree. She felt the sweat on the back of her neck, her back and the hair sticking to her skin. She felt the itchiness of her clothes and the heat of the sun and the buzzing in her ears.
She felt how dry her throat was, how dry her eyes were, how stiff her face was, how hungry she was. God, she felt it all.
