Wrath Of The Reptile! Savage Hunt For The Spider!

During a walk down Harlem, Will was walking to meet Gwen at the Bodega, ready to hang out with her for the afternoon. First, grabbing a quick bite to eat, then the two of them would go to Central Park. Maybe the two of them could study for future school projects for their Junior year. He didn't care too much about what they did. All he cared about was being able to spend some time with the strawberry blonde, he was satisfied. The moment he saw the Bodega, Will waited patiently for the girl to arrive. Thankfully for him, he didn't wait for very long, as he saw Gwen jog up to him in something pretty casual.

Gwen was getting closer and closer to the curly haired troublemaker, looking rather excited to see him. It may not have been very long since she had seen him, but she didn't care. For her, it had been long enough. She soon stopped in front of him, a smile forming even wider on her face. "Sorry for the wait. I hope I didn't make you wait long!"

The curly haired boy smiled softly, doing his best to reassure her. "Not at all. Only five minutes." He said with honesty in his voice. "So.....shall we?" He asked before walking with Gwen right by his side.

The strawberry blonde looked around the neighborhood, soon seeing the bakery Will's mom owned. "That's your mom's place isn't it? How's she doing?" Gwen asked, curious about his family.

Will watched the bakery for a moment himself. "She's been doing pretty well. Business is a little slow to start. But it was expected for a business that's still relatively new. She's definitely working really hard at this though." He tells her honestly. "It's also really nice to see her working......I mean.....so she feels like she's helping herself more than just me and my siblings."

Gwen couldn't help but smile at Will's kind words to his family. "You are the same way as her in that sense.....just a little rougher....." She teased lightly. "No but seriously......it was so nice of Mr. Parker to help your mom with the start of it all. I think you working for him really opened his eyes to helping others in more than just technology." She tells him with a small smile. "Either this or Spider-Man......though I wouldn't be surprised if it was a combination of both of those things ......"

The curly haired boy felt a little pride in the thought that he was helping his boss in some way, shape or form, whether it was as Will Richardson or Spider-Man. Unfortunately, he couldn't really be thinking about that for long with his spider sense tingling like crazy. At first there was absolutely no danger. Though that didn't last long.....which was eminent from him seeing Fisk's Fists charge ahead. However, instead of them chasing after him or Gwen to arrest them over absolutely nothing, they ran past them, and toward where a loud crash sound was heard. "That doesn't sound good...." He said with a little bit of nerves. The two of them would see a car fly toward them from above, and without thinking, Will grabbed Gwen in his arms, and dove out of harm's way. He glanced at Gwen, who was slightly trembling. "You okay?"

Gwen nodded her head, indicating that she wasn't injured. Though she was definitely feeling nerves. "What was that just now?! Rhino????" She asked before seeing Reptile King on a building, ripping off chunks of it to throw at other cars nearby. "That's a giant reptile...."

"We need to go get help. Now." Will said while hurriedly trying to get the two of them out of the danger zone. "Can you call your dad?" He then asked her.

Gwen was already on her phone, trying to get her father to answer frantically. "Trying to! He's not answering!" She said, trying to not freak out more than she already was.

Before anything else could happen, Reptile King pounced at the two of them, only to be evaded by both of them splitting off. However, the mighty reptile monster began to pursue Will in a blind rage. "WHERE IS HE?! WHERE'S THE DAMN SPIDER-MAN?! He shouted out, his rage boiling over.
