With recent events that happened only two days ago, Wilson Fisk sits in his office alone, thinking about what his son had endured. He was just lucky his police force got hold of Richard before the NYPD did ....in so many ways he felt so guilty for what his son was experiencing. Turning into a monster, forced to hide most of the time, publicly humiliated.....all because of what he went through. Well ....that, and of course-......"Spider-Man......this is all his fault....." He growled out, slowly realizing that he needed to take the web slinger far more serious now more than ever before. Not only were his plans being ruined because of the wall crawler, but everything he ever earned will be tainted, destroyed, and he could never recover from this.

With his mind racing on how the web slinging superhero was to blame, the corrupt mayor of New York began trying to come up with yet another new plan. He had no new test subjects for the super soldier serum they use for supervillains, none of the original Spider-Man's foes could be counted on, or were nowhere to be seen, his police force was being defeated at every turn, and worst of all, the citizens of New York were viewing him as a hero for them. At this rate, he didn't know what to do, or what could be done to kill Spider...... but he knew that he had to do it sooner than later.

Meanwhile, just outside of Fisk's lab under the mayor's office, a familiar man in damaged armor, and seaweed entered from a secret compartment entrance, stepping inside with an intense anger of his own. It was Heinguard, still bitter from the defeat the web head gave him when he was nothing more than a novice. Upon entry, many of his men from his platoon ran up to their captain, excitedly asking questions or giving him reports. "That son of a bitch is no fake imposter Spider-Man...... he's definitely lived up to his name..... but this time .....I'm going to kill the amateur." He said with a twisted demented look in his eyes.

Upon hearing of his elite officer returning, Wilson didn't believe it at first, thinking he was long dead since ten months ago. But now that he was seeing the mighty officer, Fisk started to have a little bit of hope that the web head would finally be killed. "Heinguard! You're alive!" He shouted with both shock and amazement.

Heinguard didn't respond for a moment, trying to relax himself a little bit. "I require the advanced armor if I am to combat Spider-Man again. The original is....too damaged, nor was it enough the first time I fought him. He has humiliated my men. It is time that I got the vengeance we all crave." He growled out with anger and hatred.

The corrupt mayor of New York was very hesitant to listen to what Heinguard was saying. "Heinguard you know that armor isn't anywhere near ready to be used in combat. There's still many flaws to it's design, it needs to be tested and-"

"WE DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO TEST IT!" Heinguard interrupted, his rage boiling more than previously. "You want to test it, let me be the one who does it. As long as I get to kill Spider-Man with it. He died.....by my hand. You want his head, I'll give it to you." He then assured him, showing just how badly he wanted this.

After what seemed like hours, Fisk's scientists showed both Fisk and Heinguard the mechanical suit. It looked almost exactly like the one the soldier was currently wearing, only slightly bulkier, more weapons, and additional technology. "It possesses powerful missiles, electrical nets, high power flight, plasma bolts, the ability to stick to walls, and of course, enhanced strength." The scientist explained, showing off the aesthetic appearance as well as schematics on the suit.

Heinguard walked up to the suit, showing he was ready to put it on. "Open it. I want in." He demanded. Not long after, the suit opened up, and he stepped inside. As the suit closed around his body, he felt as if it was sealing itself on him. He hadn't felt this powerful, and it was slowly feeling as if he was getting stronger. But then it hit him....the original suit he had on before. It must've added that power into the suit, making it  even stronger, around double what it would've been. "Excellent.....this is just what I need....to finally be rid of Spider-Man once and for all."

After getting used to it, the super soldier for Fisk's Fists went to test it against drones. He started off by jumping in the air, slamming his electrified fists into one of them, destroying it instantly. With quick reflexes, he then blasted a missile at a much larger one, watching it fall on top of another large bunch of them, then blasted another group of them with several plasma bolts. He was then able to dodge another one, and stuck to the ceiling above. This suit was working several times better than anyone would've anticipated it to, especially during the testing stages. Thankfully, this test was all he needed to confirm that it was perfect as it was.

Wilson watched the examination with intrigue. Perhaps Heinguard was correct. Perhaps this suit was the key to getting rid of his spidery threat in his plans for good, and Heunguard was the only one worthy enough to do it. The only thing he knew now was that they didn't have much time left on this. Only time would tell, that much was for sure. "I believe we have seen all that we needed to see. Let him out." He ordered, waiting for the door to open. As it did, and Heinguard stepped out, Fisk took a deep breath. "Very well, you have proven your point. You may go after Spider-Man. However......I want to be sure he suffers for what he did to my son......so do so as slow and painful as possible.....so that he knows to never interfere with us ever again." He ordered, his tone of voice cold and unfeeling.

Heinguard saluted his superior, showing him the respect he felt Fisk deserved. "It shall be done. I'll have his head ready for you to hang in your wall." He promised before leaving, flying out through another secret door to find the web slinger. For this time, it was for far more than just about his boss's son.... this was personal.....this was about his own revenge against the web head......
