As he got closer to Harlem, Heinguard stomped his way to find any sign of Ruby Richardson, or Will, prepared to kill either one. Though if he had to make a choice, he'd happily force Will watch as he killed his mother in front of him, just to truly torment him. All he had to do was find Ruby first, then Will would be the next on his list of people to hunt down. "Oh Richardson! Where are you?!" He shouted in  a slight psychotic rage, seeing multiple citizens fleeing for their lives. He'd then see a bakery at a street corner, with the name Richardson on the side. With that, he had a feeling he had found his target. "There you are...." He growled out with sadistic glee.

Before Heinguard could get any closer to the bakery, a web net stopped him, getting him tangled up. "Now now Heinguard, I hope you weren't planning on destroying a bakery. I quite enjoy their cupcakes." Spider-Man quipped before jumping off and slamming both feet on Heinguard's chest.

The crazed Fisk's Fists soldier grunted in pain, feeling the pain from the force of that kick. "Spider-Man?! You never learn do you? No matter. I'm more than happy to kill you this time." He mocked with a cold tone of voice, reaching out to grab the wall crawler, who dodged the attack.

With his agility, and a plan on the works, Will nimbly flipped in the air, doing his part to keep Heinguard away from his mom. "Gotta catch me first you reject Voltron." He joked before moving further away from his foe. When he knew they were far enough away, Will swung around Heinguard's legs, using his webs to tie his legs together and yanked on them to send him falling to the ground with a loud crash. "Sorry, meant to send you to a fire hydrant so you could cool off." He joked before landing in front of Heinguard.

The mechanical crazed Fisk's Fists Captain growled in anger, getting up and firing plasma bolts at the web head, who was dodging the attacks without breaking a sweat. "You truly do not ever shut up do you?!" He shouted, still missing every shot.

"Not usually. See the original Spidey before me told me that it's in my contract to make charming criticisms towards my enemies." He joked as he landed on Heinguard's shoulders, throwing him onto the ground with his legs and smashing him hard against the pavement.

Heinguard definitely felt the pain from that, as he stood up slower than before. "I'll be sure you won't ever be making jokes again!" He growled out as he swung his electric gauntlets at his Spidery foe.

Unfortunately for Heinguard, Spider-Man was far too fast, nimble and overall adaptable to get hit as easily. It also didn't help that Spider-Man was bouncing off the ground or nearby wall and punching Heinguard all over at speeds he couldn't comprehend. "You seem rather angry. What's the matter? Not winning anymore so you throw a temper tantrum?" He mocked as he punched Heinguard in the face, then ribs, then chest. This was it, this was Will's way to beat him. The human body...... specifically Heinguard's human body.

The villain tried his best to rush at the Wall Crawler, hoping to stop his bouncing around. But he was just too fast and too many attacks were hitting him. "WHY CAN'T I HIT YOU?!" He screamed out, his punches starting to get faster as he got angrier.

"Have you tried getting bitten by a genetically altered spider?" Will mocked before kicking Heinguard in the back and jumping away from him.

The Fisk's Fists captain tried to continuously hit him, but somehow, Spider-Man was still avoiding him. "YOU DARE MOCK ME?! ME?!?!" He screamed again.

"I dare mock anyone who needed to copy and paste Iron Man's schtick and fail miserably at it." Spidey joked as he punched his shoulder.

After that hit however, Heinguard was starting to slowly move at a slower rate. Unable to keep up with the web head, he tried to use brute force, but he still wasn't able to do much. "You'll soon be nothing more than a crushed bug when I'm done with you!" He shouted out, starting to slightly pant from how much energy he was expending.

"Can you at least try to be a little original here? I mean seriously, I hear the whole "squash you like a bug" line more times in a week than you have functioning brain cells.....then again, that's not saying much." The web slinger joked as he webbed his ankles, pulling him to the ground and then trapping him to the ground.

Instantly, Heinguard ripped the webs off himself and got up. However, he was panting harder than before. "What the hell ...... did you.....do to me?!" He asked while desperately trying to catch his breath. He didn't understand what was going on.....not only was he unable to hit him, but it was harder for him to move in general. Did he somehow mess with the suit's mechanisms from within? Did he damage them without him noticing? Then why was he so tired? If he did damage or mess with the mechanisms from within, was he forced to use more of his own muscle to move? He had so many questions, and was continuing to try and hit him with a punch, a missile, a plasma bolt, anything he could hit him with! Yet nothing connected, and he was still moving slower.

The web slinger smirked as he realized his plan was working as he fired a web at the suit's chest and slightly electrocuted Heinguard. "Wakey wakey big boy. I didn't do anything. You're doing all this yourself!" He said in a mocking tone before throwing him into a light pole.

As he was getting up, Heinguard noticed he was moving much slower than before trying to get up. "What are you talking abo-" before he could finish his question, a realization hit him.....he has been moving around so much......and this suit was connected to him genetically.....which means part of the suit ran on how much energy he had! He was tiring himself out, which weakened the suit greatly. It also didn't help that it was summer......when it was hotter.....so even more of his own energy was being used. "You......you tricked....tricked me...." He gasped out desperately, trying to get up on his feet.

Spider-Man didn't let him though. Instead, he stomped on his back with both feet. "Actually, you figured out what I was doing much faster than I thought. Then again I didn't expect anything from you so that helped a lot." He joked as he hit Heinguard over and over.

Heinguard, trying desperately to get back up, could tell that this fight was basically over for him. So he crumbled to the ground, too weak to continue fighting. He could feel webs tying his arms behind his back and legs due to the movement before blacking out. Though he was still breathing, Heinguard was defeated.

Having defeated Heinguard, Spider-Man sat him up and webbed him to a wall before swinging off. "It's over.....I defeated him. Cops should be able to grab him soon." He said over the coms.

Parker smiled, a sense of pride in his protege. "I'm really proud of you kid. You put aside all your hate for a sense of responsibility. I know how difficult it can be to not feel your anger take control and just kill.....but you did good to not listen." He said to Will.

The curly haired boy sat on a rooftop, taking his mask off to catch his breath. "Thanks Parker.....but this is only the beginning of what's going to happen......If Fisk could have a suit like that ready, who knows what else he could have it do?" He asked as he sat down, staring out at the city. "It's best that I got ready for what's to come..... because I know for a fact, that this is just the warm up."

With Fisk and his scientists, they had Heinguard strapped to a table. "Do not fret this failure ......for we can always upgrade this suit so you will never have to worry about defeats like that every again." Wilson said with a slight creepy edge to it, as if he had plans for Heinguard. With them, there were more weapons, extra plating, and extra gadgets and tech to put into Heinguard's suit. "One way or another..... Spider-Man will fall....."
