Forty five minutes passed since he fought Spider-Man.......and Heinguard was frustrated he couldn't kill Spider-Man this time. First he was humiliated and unsuccessful in completing Fisk's original plans, now his failure to defeat the web headed annoyance this time?! If he didn't stop Spider-Man soon, he'd be an even bigger threat later on as he grew, learned, got better, and he knew Fisk would face defeat soon enough. "I will destroy Spider-Man next time....he will not get away with what he's done......." He muttered to himself as he got closer to the underground lab owned by his employer. Once he got closer to said lab, the Fisk's Fists captain could feel immense pain running through his body.....mostly from the inside.....a pain he could only describe as burning. Something he'd have to get checked out as soon as he returned. "Boss! I'm back!" He called out, his voice sounding exhausted.
Fisk was able to walk in, his cane clanking slightly against the floor as he walked. "I see you had some troubles with dealing with the Spider-Man problem as well......" He said, sounding only a little annoyed, but moreso disappointed. "As I thought. He was far more dangerous than I anticipated...."
"No sir ....I can defeat him next time. I have acquired the necessary data needed to destroy him. Now all I need is to lure him to me once more." Heinguard assured his employer, sounding more alert and focused on the task at hand before suddenly screaming in pain and agony from the intense burning within his body.
Upon noticing this, Wilson quickly gathers some scientists and other guards to assist his captain of his police force. They quickly picked Heinguard up and carried him as best as they could deeper into the lab to begin tests. "If he is far too hurt as well....." He muttered to himself, showing visible frustration.
In the lab, dozens of scientists begin to work extra hard, studying for anything wrong in the suit. However, they couldn't find anything wrong with it for a half hour, no matter how much they studied. However, they did notice something soon enough when they dug deep enough on the biological level. "Sire, Heinguard, I think you're going to want to see this...." One of the scientists called out, praying none of them stay angry at him for this information.
Fist walked over, using his cane with nearly each step he took to get to the proper destination. "I do hope it's good news....." He says with a hint of anger. Meanwhile, Heinguard was stepping up silently, but his rage was much more eminent.
The scientist gulped loudly, praying to himself that he would get out of this alive. "There was a problem with the suit fusing process. You see, it worked out effectively until Heinguard's recent fight with Spider-Man, caused by the suit's electrical charges to itself. It was unable to withstand the shocks due to the power output. However, it still was able to amplify the suit's abilities as well as his physical capabilities without the suits on normally..... however....." He hesitated, knowing Heinguard wouldn't be too happy to hear this. "However.....it appears that due to the electrical overcharge....the suit has fused to your musculatory system..... thus being unable to remove......we simply do not have the technology to fix this and-"
In his intense rage, and without any rational thoughts of his own, Heinguard grabbed onto the scientist by his coat and yanked him forward before he could even finish his sentence. "SO YOU'RE TELLING ME THAT I'M STUCK IN THIS DAMN THING?! THAT I AM PERMANENTLY TRAPPED IN IT?!" He shouted, his rage boiling over.
The scientist showed visible fear in his eyes, knowing he'd be completely unable to lie about this. "Yes sire, I'm afraid so....I am deeply sorry.... however we did try to warn you that this would be far too dangerous, that it wasn't ready to used yet." He said honestly.
Heinguard screamed in rage, throwing the scientist at a wall, then smashing and destroying desks around him. "I'M TRAPPED IN THIS! I'M STUCK LIKE THIS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE! ALL BECAUSE OF SPIDER-MAN!" He screamed out, hatred spilling out of him. "This is all his fault ....and he's going to pay for it.....next time I see him..... I will not hesitate until he's dead.....and I will kill him by any. Means. Necessary." As he spoke, he could feel himself getting angrier and angrier.
Fisk cleared his throat, hoping to gain everyone's attention once more. "Apologies, however, I must ask.... what exactly causes this suit's enhancements?" He asked, hoping to get any form of answer for this unusual event.
The scientist did his best to readjust his outfit and coat, getting some dust off as well as some wrinkles. "Well, you see, we believe that it fused with the first suit he wore when we thought Heinguard drowned, along with the Super Soldier serum he took fifteen years ago to enhance his abilities. Due to the electrical shocks, functions were forced to overload, and it forcibly fused itself into his musculatory system which forces his muscles to enhance further than previously, as well as his other abilities." He explained.
"Good." Heinguard said coldly, standing up to prepare to fight the web head again wherever he was. "Because I intend to use everything I have earned and then some to rip that damn Spider-Man's limbs right off his body.......and feed them to him before beating him to death...."
"Heinguard. You will get your chance. Tonight. He will most definitely hunt you down." The corrupt mayor said to try and calm Heinguard down, even just a little bit.
After hearing his employer say that, a wicked, twisted smirk formed slowly on his lips. "You're right....he still wishes to come after me after what I did to the Richardson man Christopher....." He said while pondering this idea further in his mind. "Perhaps I can even go after the rest of the Richardsons.....truly make him angry.....the perfect revenge is to kill those that stood in my way before.....one by one....." He added on, a small twist of insanity slipping into his mind. Most likely this insanity was caused due to his hatred toward the web head, or maybe it was because he just learned he was stuck in the suit he was due to being forcibly fused into it. Whatever the case, he didn't seem to notice, nor care.
Wilson recognized that look in his eyes. The eyes of someone vengeful. The same eyes his son had. But also, Heinguard had the eyes of hatred. He would of course recognize that look, he has felt it on multiple occasions. Especially in the last near year. The web head was ruining everything he had worked so hard for, and he wasn't able to stop him......if he didn't do something, his empire he worked tirelessly for would be crumbled into nothingness! "I do wish that this didn't happen to you. However...... perhaps this is a blessing in disguise." Fisk started off, knowing how Heinguard would feel.
The insane captain of Fisk's Fists glared at his employer with an insane look in his eyes. "A BLESSING?! I CAN'T EVEN GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT THIS MACHINE BEING INFUSED INTO ME! PLEASE DO TELL ME HOW THIS IS A DAMN BLESSING?!" He shouted in rage.
The corrupt mayor could see Heinguard's bloodshot eyes, and looked back into them with a calmer expression. "That may be. However, you now have a better chance of killing Spider-Man yourself. After all, our scientists did just say your physical abilities have enhanced with the combination of the shit and your super soldier serum. You're faster, stronger, better than you ever were before. Put that together with your experiences in the past with your previous encounters with Spider-Man.....and you will be indestructible." Fisk said, sounding more assured in this victory more than any of the previous fights before.
Heinguard wanted to argue this thought with his boss. But no matter what he tried to think of, no argument came to mind. He had something far greater than just his title now ...he had power. Not just financial power anymore, but actual power. "Yes.....you are right.......I do have real power now....power to make a true difference in this city......and the only thing stopping that .....is Spider-Man......but not for long......" He growled out as he headed back out to the city. He had a superhero to find......and he wasn't going to stop until he found him......and killed him.
