Everyone burst into laughter at the sight of the picture.
My breath hitched as their laughter attacked my senses.
The Adams twins stood at both sides of the huge screen where my picture with Mr Caesar is displayed, laughing as well.
Leila walked towards the screen and stood in the middle of it.
"Guys, let's acknowledge and celebrate the biggest slut of the year in Starville High, Rose Roberts!" She squealed, gesturing at me with her two hands, along with the Adams twins, making everyone look my way.
They all cheered, whistled, clapped and laughed at me.
Tears filled my eyes as they continued making fun of me.
I dropped my gaze and next, someone poured the drink on my hair.
I gasped at the coldness of the drink, making everyone increase their laughter.
"Congratulations, slut of the year," Jane said, making me look at her.
She smirked at me, holding two empty cups in her hands.
She poured the drink on me.
Dahila, who was standing next to her, blew me a kiss.
Jane chuckled as she gave Dahila a high five.
I stared at them with my teary eyes.
"Biggest slut!" Everyone rallied, making me look at them.
"Biggest slut! Biggest slut! Biggest slut!"
My heart bled at this.
"Biggest slut!"
"Yeah!" I heard Leila urge.
"Biggest slut! Biggest slut! Biggest slut! " The crowd went on, their faces of mockery made me want to kill myself.
I let out a sob as my legs took me through the mean crowd. I got more drink spilled on me and some threw their snacks at me as others kept rallying.
"Biggest slut! Biggest slut!"
I got out of the door and continued running.
I didn't care if it was late or dangerous out there. I just want to be out of this place.
What was I thinking?!
I shouldn't have come here!
This was a terrible idea!
The worst decision I have ever made!
I headed out of the gate and began walking along the lonely lane.
More tears flowed as my heart kept bleeding.
Jane and Leila are witches. I hate them.
I hate all of them.
I hate Starville High!
I want to go back to my former school.
I don't belong here.
I sobbed as I walked, still caring less about the lonely, quiet road.
Slut of the year? Me?!
How can they be so mean?
Where are their souls?
I heaved a sigh as I hugged myself, shivering thanks to the cold wind and the cold drink they poured on me back in that hellhole.
Mean people!
How will I get home from here? I have no idea where I am going to.
I looked at my phone. It is past midnight. I can't call Smith right now. He must be sleeping.
