My heart picked up as his footsteps approached us.
God, he is back.
I remained still, my hand weakening instantly as I put down the fork.
"Honey," CJ's grandmother called, standing on her feet.
"The fuck?" CJ said.
"You are back," CJ's grandmother said, walking out of her seat.
I looked towards Mr Caesar's direction. His eyes were on me, making my heart race as his mother hugged him.
"You called him here, nana?" CJ asked, making me drop my gaze.
"No I didn't...."
"I did." I heard an unfamiliar male voice say and footsteps approaching.
I looked in the direction and I saw an old man taking out the head seat and sat on it.
He must be the grandfather. And Mr Caesar's dad.
God, I feel weird being here.
"How could you call him, when you know I am here?" CJ snarled angrily.
"This is my parents' house, you brat. You can't stop me from coming here." Mr Caesar snapped calmly.
My heart pounded as I noticed CJ clenching his knuckles.
The hatred between them is very obvious.
"I don't like what you did, grandpa." CJ snarled.
His grandfather stared at him nonchalantly.
"Calm down, junior and be nice to your father for once." CJ's grandmother said as she took Mr Caesar towards the seat next to me and walked back to her seat.
I shifted on my seat nervously as I faced the fact that I was seated in between CJ and his dad.
Between father and son!
And I have kissed both!
OH MY GOD!
Can you believe that?
How is that possible?
How did I get into this?
No, no, CJ literally stole a kiss from me. I never wanted to kiss him. He forcefully stole a kiss from me.
Hell, I can't kiss a demon and a bully.
Oh God, take me away from here please.
Do it somehow.
I felt Mr Caesar's eyes on me, making me uneasy. I gave him a glance but dropped my gaze instantly, feeling my heart racing.
Gosh. I feel like I am in a hot seat right now.
"You must be my grandson's girlfriend." His father broke the silence, claiming my attention.
I opened my mouth to speak but....
"Girlfriend?" Mr Caesar asked, making me look at him. He is looking at me.
I shook my head slightly.
"I believe you were not the one that was asked a question, fucker," CJ said.
"Junior," his grandmother called, giving him a look.
"What's your name, my dear?" His grandfather asked, ignoring his grandson.
"Ro... Rose, sir." I stuttered, clearing my throat.
"I heard you both went missing in the woods on your camp trip," he said.
I nodded.
"Missing?" CJ's grandmother asked surprisingly.
