Lizzie's POV

February 6th, 2024

After the amazing date night with my Angel at the Grammys, we both had to go back to our regular busy lives. Y/N went back to filming 'Finley Kade GI: Enigma', which is based on the first book of Becky's spy novels. I was invited to a celebratory dinner for the launch of Chanel's new jewelry boutique opening in New York. I couldn't really say no to the invitation since I'm an ambassador for their brand and I really appreciate the free stuff I get because of it. But now, instead of spending time with my Angel, I have to travel to the other side of the country for work.

The good thing is that, while I'm there, I'll get to see my sisters and visit my baby nephew Otto. I love that tiny human so much; I can't wait to spoil him. Also, Y/N and I haven't stopped calling or texting each other every chance we get. Sometimes, I get to see Cassie as well and spend some quality time with both of them. Our interactions have become so domestic, and it just makes my relationship with Y/N feel more serious and helps me want to nurture and treasure it even more than what I already do.

"Okay Otto, you be good with your daddy, yeah?", Ashley coos at her son before kissing his head goodbye. The baby babbles animatedly in response to his mama's voice, earning soft laughs from the adults in the room. "Are you sure you'll be okay?", Ash asks Louis, making him nod with a smile. "I can always stay"

"Yes, babe. We'll be alright. You've been 24/7 with him, it's only fair I look after him while you hang out with your sisters, who you haven't seen in a while. I promise we will be okay. You go and have fun", Louis reassures Ashley as she lets out a defeated sigh.

"Come on, Ash. We're going to miss the reservation if we don't leave in the next 5 minutes", MK tells Ash desperate as she checks the time on her phone while standing at the door of the apartment ready to leave.

"Okay, alright, I'm coming! I love you so much, my baby. And I love you, babe. Thank you for doing this. But if anything happens, don't hesitate to call me. Got it?"

"Got it. Now, go", Louis tells Ash before she kisses Otto's head and later kisses Louis on the lips.

"Bye Louis. Bye bye Otto", I say goodbye to my brother-in-law and coo at my nephew as I walk behind my sisters and join them at the door.

"Bye Auntie Lizzie, bye Auntie Mickey, bye Mama", Louis says in a high-pitched voice, trying to impersonate Otto's voice as he bounces the baby softly and moves his little chubby hand to wave at us. We cooed at the adorable sight but quickly waved goodbye one last time before exiting the apartment, so the baby's cuteness wouldn't make us stay and lose our dinner reservation.

We all got inside the black van, where Frederick, my sisters' bodyguard and chauffeur, had been patiently waiting for us. On our way to the restaurant, I checked my phone to see if I had any messages from Y/N.
