October 29th, 2023
I arrived in Toronto late last night, but thankfully, there was a chauffeur assigned to pick me up and take me to the hotel where all the guests for the open house were staying at. I have to admit that Y/N has done an impeccable job with organizing the whole event on her own. I can't wait to see the actual venue setup.
This morning, a couple of vans arrived at the hotel and drove all the guests to the foster home. Once we arrived, we were led to the backyard where children were running around, while adults were finishing setting up a stage with lights and tables for the guests around the terrain. There are multiple food stands, fair games, an inflatable castle with slides, as well as a photo booth. This is so impressive.

While scanning the area, my eyes immediately search for Y/N. After what she told me before the concert, and the song she dedicated to me, I haven't been able to get her out of my mind. I know we decided to keep our relationship strictly to a friendship, but she's just so perfect and sweet, and beautiful. It is taking everything in me not to take her aside and kiss her until our lips fall off. Once I spot her, I can't help but smile. She looks amazing today.

She was talking to a woman I haven't met before. They were nodding between each other while pointing around the venue. Once the kids saw that the celebrities had arrived, all of them ran towards us and started asking all types of questions. That's when this really cute little girl approached the group, making everyone pretty much fill her up with hugs and kisses.
"Auntie Brie!", the little girl screams and runs full force before Brie picks her up and hugs her tightly.
"Hello, wiggle bum. I've missed you so much", Brie tells the toddler in her arms.
